A film adaptation of a little-known cartoon about secret agents. The cartoon, filmed by means of cinema, is the original idea and the actual implementation. Cartoon characters, cartoon behavior, physics - that's the whole point. It's a bold idea, but in the end it's just hard to watch, hard to take. Jokes happen every few seconds, you do not have time to realize one, as the second, third falls on you, you just have no time to laugh, the brain is overloaded with comprehension of what is happening, which does not fit into intuitive understanding. And jokes are not always funny. It was difficult for me to follow what was going on at all and where the plot was behind all this cartoon whistling. For example, where, why and who took the car with the copy machine and how it ended up in Tirana? Surely the answer to this is in the film, but to understand all this, you need to revise it, and do not want to do it. There are too many characters that are hard to follow, but everyone’s only character trait is inadequacy. Should we have done so many of them? Too many McGuffins: DDV, weather machine, copy machine, hypnotist – they barely have enough space in the film. Lots of jokes about shit, about hurting. Why was there a storyline about the heroes going to prison? By cutting it into a bucket, the plot would have lost nothing. And besides all this, I did not like that, despite the frivolity of what is happening in the film, there is a lot of inappropriate cruelty: shooting a thief, killing a cat by flattening, torturing an old woman, cutting off the head. Is that funny what should be?? ? Nevertheless, I don’t give 1, but 2 points, because with all the many disadvantages, the film managed to impress me with its concept. It's bad up and down, but the idea that you could make something like this came to me as a kid, and I'm glad someone tried.
