Picture George Kuznetsova “Son of the regiment” still continues to interest viewers who are not indifferent to the events of the Great Patriotic War. In the summer of 1943, a group of scouts stumbles upon a twelve-year-old boy Vanya Solntsev. After the death of his family for almost two years, he lived in the woods and ate what he found. Wild, stripped, constantly waiting for danger, he still liked the soldiers. The scouts want to take him with them, but the command decides to send the child to the rear. Along the way, the boy escapes and returns to his saviors.
The commander adopts Vanya, but dies during one of the battles. The fate of the teenager again makes a sharp turn. close
