Even after Vsevolod went to Moscow to study, they waited for him to the last, hoping that he would come to his senses and return, but he did not return. From childhood, parents taught Vsevolod to be firm and responsible for their decisions. He acted firmly - he successfully passed the entrance exams at GITIS, which he also successfully graduated in 1937.
After the institute, Vsevolod Sanayev was hired at the Moscow Art Theater, but work in the theater was not enough. Despite his natural charm, naturalness and simplicity, the audience was in love with other actors who received roles. In 1942, Vsevolod Sanayev left the troupe of the Moscow Art Theatre.
After the Moscow Art Theatre, Vsevolod Sanayev worked for three years at the Mossovet Theatre, then there were two years of work at the Screen Actor Theatre. However, the real vocation of Sanayev was cinema.
Cinema has always aroused warm feelings in Sanaev, and it is not surprising that here the actor was more lucky than with the theater. The first debut role of Vsevolod Sanaev was a small role of a lumberjack in the film
Volga-Volga . The absolute hearing of the actor helped him in his career, directors lined up to offer him a role.
Vsevolod Sanayev starred a lot in films. There were almost no such years when he did without a role, more often it was several roles a year. He was written about, critics noted his brilliantly played roles.
His acting fate was successful, but the real recognition came to him much later. Only after thirty years of painstaking, faithful and devoted work in cinema he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR.
