Once again Show the meaninglessness of war
A very difficult movie to watch, I had to watch only a few times. The long timing of the film and the weak dramatic component make themselves felt, so there is a lot of boring in the film. I only remember two strong scenes in the film. The first was when the captain refused to lead his soldiers to their deaths, ignoring the colonel's orders. And the second was when a soldier read a letter saying that his stupid wife was demanding a divorce because she was lonely. The rest is just not remembered.
What is good in the film is the fights, they are worth watching in the film, shoot very high quality, explosions are visible everywhere, there is something to see. That’s not enough, so you won’t enjoy high-quality fights. In the film recruited a lot of famous actors, however noticed only a few, all the soldiers, as one face, it is impossible to distinguish. The film is quite average, more in a positive direction, it is worth watching once, but the second time this boring will not stand.
