Our glamorous film At first, it was thought that this was “our” pathetic response to the Western “The Devil wears Prada”. But, as in almost every Russian film, there is a theme so sweet since childhood words "Here the Russian spirit, here Rus smells."
Well, the creators couldn't fool anyone. They zealously show that a thousand years ridiculed in all sorts of entertaining humorous Russian programs: to achieve some success in show business, you must have a father - "oilman" or sleep with all producers, and fashion designers and artists are necessarily homosexual, but glamorous.
But still, against the background of modern pathetic crafts appealing to Hollywood, "Gloss" looks like our modern Russian film. Let there be a bunch of nagging, but they do not prevent you from watching the film to the end and also do not understand what the main character of the film wanted, and what we wanted to show Konchalovsky.
