Guy Hamilton was born in 1922 in Paris, France; he studied at Halesbury College. After World War II, he worked as an assistant director for Carol Reed and John Huston. The most famous Guy Hamilton as a director brought the spy film “Funeral in Berlin” (1966), the detective “Mirror cracked” and four films about James Bond. Guy Hamilton died in 1986.
