Gloria Reuben was born in Toronto. As a child, she was greatly influenced by her mother, singer, and her older brother, the Broadway actor, who inspired her to develop her own acting talent. As a child, she began playing the piano and performing ballet and voice at the Royal Canadian Conservatory.
After working for some time in Canada as a model, Reuben appeared in commercials and in small roles on TV.In 1988, she moved to Los Angeles and received a permanent role in the series “Round Table”, and also worked as a guest star in “Young Riders” and “Chinese Beach” (series produced by the current exclusive producer ER John Welsh). After that, Gloria starred as a private detective in the TV series “Life on the street”, and then took on the first temporary character Ginny Boulet, a married therapist who was a nurse for Dr. Benton’s sick mother and fell in love with him. Gloria liked the audience so much that in the second season her Ginny became the main character and came to work in the reception as a paramedic.
In 1994, Reuben partnered with Jean-Claude Van Damme in the feature film TimeCop.
