Vladimir Garin was born on January 25, 1987 in Leningrad. From childhood he was a capable boy, studied at a music school in the class of piano and trumpet. Vladimir had a beautiful voice, he dreamed of becoming an opera singer. From the age of eight, he participated in the productions of the children's musical theater "Zazkalye".
He participated in the voiceover of the famous film “Khrustalev, the machine!” (1998). His voice is also spoken by a funny Dalmatian Lucky from the popular American animated series 101 Dalmatians.
In 2003, the young director Andrey Zvyagintsev invited a talented boy to shoot in his first feature film.
Return . He played Andrew's older brother there. The film received many awards at the most prestigious film forums in the world. For this role, Vladimir was recognized together with Ivan Dobronravov and Konstantin Lavronenko as the best actor at the film festival in Gikhon.
However, before the world premiere of the film, the boy did not live. Somehow mystically, he died exactly a year after the very first frame of the picture was shot. This happened on June 25, 2003. Volodya drowned while swimming in Osinovetsky Lake, which is located near the village of Sosnovo, Leningrad region. He was buried in St. Petersburg Serafimov cemetery.
