His first serious work on television was the television series Press Gang, which began broadcasting in 1989.
In 1990, Stephen, along with Andre Plaszczynski, began work on the television series Joking Apart, which was based on the story of a man whose wife had a young lover. The series was subsequently nominated for an Emmy.
In 1997, Moffat, together with Andre Plaszczynski, launched the television series Chalk, which talked about the competition between high school students. However, after the first season, the television series was closed.
Three years later, the screenwriter’s next work – “Love for Six” was released. Later came the American version of the series, but it was not popular.
The popularity of the writer and producer in 2004 brought the work on the famous British television series.
