In the Kharkiv Theatre of Young Spectators, where the artist moved in 1974, he performed a number of central, leading roles in the classical and modern repertoire. Among the undoubted successes of Alexander Yurievich are Bekpergen ("Brandenburg Gate"), Kochkarev ("Marriage"), Vaska Ashepel ("At the bottom" of M. Gorky), Nikolai Ostrovsky ("Letters to a friend" A. Likhanov, A. Shura), Prince and Pigherd ("Pig Herder" " G. Andersen's son) and others.
In the Moscow Regional Drama Theater named after Ostrovsky, the artist performed the roles of Apollo Murzavetsky ("Wolves and Sheep") and Ivan ("Village Stories").
Especially great resonance in the press, interested attention of critics and recognition of the audience earned his work on the stage of the Moscow Drama Theater named after A. S. Pushkin, where A. Yermakov worked from 1981 to 1995. Major creative achievements of the artist were the roles of Karl Moore ("Robbers"), F. Schiller, Fyodor ("Motives"), Liputin ("Demons"), F. M. Alexander Yermakov was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Culture of Russia for participation in the play "Motives" (best male role).
In 1995, Alexander Yermakov Ball was invited to the troupe of the State Academic Maly Theatre. On the oldest Russian dramatic scene, he created a number of bright and reliable images in the plays of the classical repertoire: Prince Mstislavsky ("Prince Fyodor Ioannovich", A.K.
