Marcia Gay Harden's first serious film debut was in the picture "Imagemaker" in 1986, then she continued to work in TV shows and on Broadway, where she played her first role in the play "Angels in America" in 1993. In the early 1990s, the actress returned to cinema. After a series of failed by the audience and critics of films, Marcia was lucky to star in the film “Pollock” (2000) by Edd Harris, dedicated to the famous and most expensive American expressionist artist.
