Laurence Kerr Olivier or Baron Olivier (Laurence Kerr Olivier / Baron Olivier) is a British theater and film actor, director and producer, was born in 1907 in Dorking, in the family of a rural priest.
He began acting at the age of nine: in the school play Julius Caesar, he was entrusted with the role of Brutus. It was already clear that Lawrence would become a great actor. That's what happened. He entered the drama school of art and diction, taking part in various performances.
In 1930, Lawrence married Jill-Esmond Moore, the daughter of famous actors, and a year later the talented actor was invited to Hollywood. He starred a lot ("Moscow Nights", "Flame over England", where Olivier played with the beauty.

The personal life of the actor was not so brilliant: Vivienne, his wife, was diagnosed with tuberculosis. For Vivien Leigh, it was a blow from which she never recovered. She died in 1967. Lawrence also worked in film and theater. In 1962, Olivier married Joan Plowright. In autumn, Lawrence’s dream came true: he had a son Richard Kerr, and then daughters – Tamsin, Agnes, Margaret and Julie-Kat. After serving in theater and film for more than sixty years, the great actor died in 1989. His name was given to the Great Hall of the London National Theatre. /
