His father was a shoemaker and his mother a salesman in a rural shop. The family had four children, of whom Vera and her twin brother were the youngest. Despite her parents’ profession and distance from cultural centers, young Vera Ivleva dreamed of theater since childhood. That is why three years in a row, after graduating from high school, the future actress purposefully entered only the Shchepkin Theatre School, without submitting documents to other specialized educational institutions. Between unsuccessful attempts, Vera Ivleva worked as a telephone operator at the ATS and stubbornly prepared for the next exams.
After entering the "Pike" Vera Ivleva completely devoted to study and graduated in 1967. At first she worked in the Moscow Regional Drama Theater, in the Theater of Miniatures, and in the House of Culture of Kurkino. In 1973, Vera Ivleva was admitted to the Lenin Komsomol Theater, created by Mark Zakharov.
Theatrical roles of Vera Ivleva were not the main ones. But, even playing on the stage a roommate, a maid, a cook or a merchant, she in several phrases allotted to her according to the script, could reflect the intention of the director and enrich the performance. In “Lenkom” Vera Ivleva permanently worked until retirement in 1995.
In the cinema, viewers remembered Vera Ivleva in her debut and bright role as a weaver in The Tale of Tsar Saltan (1966). Then there were the same as in the theater, episodic roles in 33 feature films, including “Polar Bear Skin”, “Devil with a briefcase”,
"A street without end" .
From the first marriage with Dmitry Ivlev, the military, the actress received a surname, which has not parted. And also daughter Olga, who gave her three grandchildren, whom Vera Ivleva loved very much, but she had to nurse them for a short time. The life of actress Vera Ivleva tragically ended on January 8, 1999. . . /
