The rapid advance of the Germans pushes our soldiers further and further into the rear, shifting the front line to the east. As a result, several people in the dot are cut off from Soviet troops, getting into the deep rear of the Nazis.
Of the four people who were surrounded, only Captain Leonov, the main character of the picture “Dot”, the commander of this firing point, clearly knows how to conduct the defense. Navy sergeant Kovsh, unable to get to their own in time and two absolutely "green" soldiers who have not yet "sniffed gunpowder" help him, as they can, to repel the attacks of the Germans, but everything escalates after a downed Soviet plane falls next to the pillbox. On board are survivors - pilot Anna and General of the headquarters of the army of the Gordeev.
