A real documentary about pro-American politics Before us is a brilliant sample of a memoir about a Republican candidate, a country singer and just a natural conservative Bob Roberts. The main idea of the candidate is to forget about the damned 60s with his protest against the Vietnam War, the damn Kennedy and the main thing is to forget about the hippies with their drugs. All this has no place in good old patriarchal America.
And then the damn reporter, and besides, the Negro begins to prove that in fact the producer Roberts was involved in fraud with housing for the homeless, and even selling drugs. The commission has been acquitted.
Just as a good documentary is supposed to have an extremely honest film that just tells the official story and doesn’t take anyone’s point of view, do you think Roberts is a fraud? Your right, but I assure you, for many Americans, this is more of a story about their hero, who fell by the bullet of an international conspiracy against a truly American spirit. Roberts is a kind of pro-advanced Nixon.
But to watch all this, unfortunately, the Russian viewer is rather boring.
