A drama about a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. Frank Reagan is the New York Police Commissioner and heads both the police force and the Reagan brood. He runs his department as diplomatically as he runs his family, even when dealing with the politics that plagued his unapologetically bold father, Henry, during his stint as Chief.

Family business Accidentally stumbling across the series and seeing the roles of famous actors, I decided to watch it. Despite the fact that a large number of films and TV series have already been shot on the police topic, Blue Bloods look good, largely thanks to well-chosen actors, we will walk a little on them: 1) Donnie Wahlberg in the role of detective Danny Reagan, who falls to the investigation of most serial cases. As for Donnie, he’s not as popular as his brother Mark Wahlberg, but all the movies I’ve seen have made me happy, and he plays great in this series. 2) Bridget Moynahan as Deputy Prosecutor Erin Reagan, helps the Reagan family from the legal side. The beautiful Bridget Moynahan graces the series, since she is almost the only female character present in each series. 3) Will Estes as rookie patrolman Jamie Reagan. Will Estes despite the fact that he is already 32 years old perfectly played the role of the younger Reagan. (4) Len Kariu as a retired burned-out police officer who regularly supplies the family with worldly wisdom and stories. (5) And of course, Tom Selleck as Police Commissioner Frank Reagan, who decides not so much criminal cases as political cases. It is difficult to imagine in the role of the head of the family, instead of Tom Selleck someone else, so he fits into the role. (6) Separately, it is worth noting Nicolas Turturro as Sergeant Anthony Renzouli mentor Jamie, although he is not part of the Reagan family, but most of the fun moments in the series are associated with him. It turned out to be an interesting series about police officers, worth watching. 8 out of 10 Original
