After graduating from one of the secondary schools of Simferopol, Bayrak went to enter the Kiev Pedagogical University, after graduation, she worked as a teacher-logopedist for some time. However, she decided to change her profession and began training at the director’s faculty at the Karpenko-Karyo University of Theatre and Cinema, where she met Alexander Kopeikin. Even in her student years, Oksana worked with Alexander on the full-length film “Cruise, or Journey of Divorce”.
Since 1991, Bayrak has been the owner of one of the largest production companies Studio Bayrak, which produces TV series and feature films for Russian and Ukrainian TV channels. Over the years, the company has released more than two dozen films.
