Frank Whaley was born in 1963 in Syracuse (USA). He studied at the University of New York in Albany. The actor has proven himself well after supporting roles in the films “Field of Dreams” (1989), “Born on the Fourth of July” (1989), “Novichok” (1990), “THE DOORS” (1991). Whaley also starred in COLD DOG SOUP (1990) and Career Opportunities (1991). He co-starred with Roman Polianski in Back to the USSR (1991), the first American film shot entirely in Moscow.
