Elena Stepanenko is a native of the city of Volgograd. Songs, dances and theater attracted Elena from childhood so much that after graduating from school, she decided to become an artist and entered the art school. Elena Stepanenko is a native of the city of Volgograd. Songs, dances and theater attracted Elena from childhood so much that after graduating from school, she decided to become an artist and entered the art school. A year later, Elena managed to leave her hometown and go to Moscow in order to enter the State Institute of Theater Art named after A.V. Lunacharsky and then get a job in a theater team under the leadership of Evgeny Petrosyan. Later, the theater troupe, in which Stepanenko actively participated, grew into a pop theater of miniatures. Success awaited Elena not only in the field of work, but also in his personal life. The head of the brilliant troupe Yevgeny Petrosyan was captivated by Elena’s talents and offered her a hand and a heart, as a result of which Elena Stepanenko became his wife.
Since the mid-nineties, the actress began to perform with solo humorous numbers and concerts, and also began to broadcast on television. It wasn’t long before the audience loved Elena. And it is not surprising, because the actress skillfully transformed in her monologues and performances into completely different images, comically reproducing the most unexpected life situations, funny scenes and musical parodies. Elena also became famous for participating in joint scenes with other artists.
As a confirmation and recognition of love from the public, Elena in 1995 was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia.
Evgenia Petrosyan gladly involved his wife in joint productions. And in the projects “Passion-face”, “With great greetings”, “Family joys” and “Country on the rise” Elena became not just a participant, but also a director.
