Mikhail Nikolaevich Kuznetsov is a talented Russian athlete, winner of a bronze medal in rowing slalom-two paired with his colleague Dmitry Larionov.
Mikhail was not interested in rowing on kayaks and canoe immediately - at first, in the first school years, when he took up sports, he did not even suspect the existence of this species.
Initially, Kuznetsov tried himself in gymnastics, then there were martial arts, and only from the age of 14 he discovered rowing slalom and began to train in a single kayak. Since 2001, he paired with another single player, Larionov, and just a year later, joint-busy young athletes were in the national team. The highest achievement of the duo is the bronze of Beijing, but the guys continue to perform at the national, European and world championships, are repeated champions of Russia, and their recent victories are the third place in the team at the European Championship.
