Comedy actor Igor Kharlamov was born on February 28, 1981 in Moscow. He was first named Andrew, but at the age of three months was renamed in honor of his deceased grandfather. Igor’s parents divorced when he was young. His father left for permanent residence in the United States, and when Igor was 14 years old, he took him to his house. Five years later he returned to Russia. By that time, her mother had remarried and given birth to twins.
