Shakespeare “The Taming of the Shrew”. At the same time, Valery Garkalin played on the stage of the theater-studio "Man". He was an actor of the Satire Theatre until 2001, and currently performs in private productions. In the movie Valery Garkalin noticed after the main role in the criminal film “Katala” (1989), but wide popularity came to him after the comedy of Vladimir Menshov “Shirli-myrli”, in which he played four roles at once. This work was awarded the "Kinoshok" award in the nomination "Prizes for the best roles of 1995".
