I want to say right away that I am not some principled hater of comic books, on the contrary, all the zeros and tenths waited for each new film as a holiday, and sometimes this holiday even received. But much more often, everything ended in disappointment and understanding that filmmakers again did the wrong thing and the film was shot not by creators, but by a monkey of marketers, crazy bosses who were brutalized from money and at best just professional idiots. I was the one who gave Spider Holland a chance, although my favorite version was the Webb and Garfield version. In “Citizen” and “Endgame” the new Spider showed himself well, there were no questions to him, but his solo books are catastrophes. I seriously consider them to be hidden failures, in the sense that they fought back for money and even received good criticism, but this was only achieved due to the fact that the studio very skillfully shook rattles in front of the viewer all the way so that he did not have time to see the film itself and in any case did not turn on the brain. We didn't get a good movie, we got the most blatant marketing in Hollywood history, got into our pockets and took out a billion. Three times. - In the first film, Spider is Tony Stark and Happy Hogan’s miserable sucker, a stoically humiliated schoolboy whose story is made by anyone but him. And in this part he sucks Fury (which is not even real), sucks Mysterio and even his own suit. - There was a movie called "EuroTour," a middle-of-the-road comedy about American youth going out in Europe. Not to say that for the state of emergency directly stole their plot, but the content is very resonant. In fact, the viewer was sold this feeling of a virtual trip to Europe, not the history of the emergency. - From Spider, directors in different versions have repeatedly made a clown, but here for the first time he literally put on a jester mask and saved the towers in it. - Attitude from the pulls of the special services: "Let's fucking undress quickly and measure the suit." I'm wondering, if a girl was the hero and a man brought the suit, would you? Oh, no, of course not. There is a tolerant society of double standards. The bearded bus driver is a Chameleon! Although he does not do anything in the film, you can only find out about his identity on the Internet. - Why did Stark bequeath his terrible technology to a kid? He has a wife who is more or less versed in his affairs, their daughter is growing up! He's got Happy, he's got Rhodes, he's got co-workers. He could turn it over to S.H.I.E.L.D., New Asgard, some public domain, and the best heir would be Banner, who is also a scientist. No, I'll give it to the schoolboy, and he and I stole the ship together. - And Parker, like the last douche, gives away all this property. After one drink at the bar! Well, Mysterio might have seemed like a hero at the time, but Parker was already breaking Thanos with a bunch of heroes, for him it is not something special. I wish I could go and consult Fury. - Mysterio walks with his real face! Ask an AI in a suit: "Go check the dossier on the person" - and that's it, the movie would not be. Moreover, he should have been checked by agents long before. - The main twist of the film in all seriousness was that Mysterio, always the canon villain, still turned out to be a villain. That was so surprising. - And his original is the same as that of Whiplash, false Mandarin and Vulture - well, Stark once offended. Man, is there any villain in this movie universe that Stark thoughtlessly didn't take away? Spider flair didn't work on the false Fury or the flying train. - The film contains a very strange method of humiliation of the audience, which filmmakers for some reason use: first you are teased and made to believe, and then "Haha, what, bought it, fool?" On that saddle. Mysterio is from Earth, but not yours. They have elementals. Galacteco is in danger! And then, "Hoho, there's no multiverse." What a fool could believe such nonsense. So it's not us fools, it's you who showed us back in the "Endgame" that it does exist, there the heroes for stones traveled not to their own, but to the parallel past. Your audience trusts you, and you have invested a million dollars in advertising with this concept. I don’t know why the studios do it, but they like to play it out. Apparently, they think that their viewer should be kept in check. - In general, the film is very poorly remembered, it has little plot and only one memorable scene: a visual nightmare from Mysterio. But worst of all, we took this Spider on the promise that the character would grow. But he's not growing. And both creatively and literally: almost 3 years have passed since the time of Citizen, where he was 15 (not counting the 5 years he died), and now he says that he is 16. He was a jester in the first solo book and, having passed the Infinity War, died on another planet and resurrected, he remained a jester! He's a laughing stock, he's the Night Monkey, he gets into embarrassing situations, he takes off his pants at the command of the woman he sees for the first time, and he's photographed the next second. He's bringing and serving for half the characters in his movies. He’s a character who’s always being told what to do. This version of Spider is based only on references, brands, past incarnations. Holland's spider is a pea jester. He's not as pathetic as Toby, because at least he laughs at himself, but he's definitely not a hero. It is both secondary and non-canonical (before him I didn’t even think it was possible). It’s funny, but the iconic character created in Marvel has returned to Marvel to become some completely left-wing dude, an inferior character, in whose stories absolutely everything is replaced. If it were a movie about some other random character, I could put a 4-5, but as a Spider movie, it's only a 1 because it's a failure of absolutely everything.
I continue to follow the internal chronology of the Marvel Universe. The finale of the Avengers recently ended and we are told the continuation of the story about the spider. Which, by the way, with each film, starts to annoy me a little.
I will immediately say that the film is very good, as always spectacular, with beautiful graphics and special effects, but, as it happens with solo projects of Marvel with a sufficiently large number of holes in the scripts. Without spoilers, you can not tell them, but I think that everyone who has watched this tape will definitely ask why in some cases “Tony Stark super glasses” work and in others, when the plot requires it, no.
As for the Spider himself, he continues to be presented as a schoolboy who dreams of telling the girl that he likes her, and he fell on a “big responsibility” and suffers very much because of this. It's all like that, of course. And that's even right. But in the previous spider tape, we were kind of shown that Peter understood everything and made his choice. But, it turns out, he did it briefly and now again in thought and misunderstanding. So here the tape is primarily about the fear of taking responsibility.
It's basically a comedy. Because the humor here, I think, is still a little overstated. I understand that Spider-Man in this format is as close as possible to the school audience, which does not have humor anywhere, but still do not forget that we have a serious history of the whole movie universe, in which some time ago half of the living creatures on earth were destroyed.
In any case, the movie is bright, fun and meets the typical level of Marvel. By the way, the villain in this film is also quite interesting and unusual. In my opinion, you could write his story a little deeper.
Marvel, as a film studio, is not famous for deep films at all. Same type of films about superheroes are tired of everyone, just look at the ratings of the latest Marvel films. But why are Spider-Man movies the last to be warmly received? The problem with Peter Parker is clear to everyone. He's a superhero, but he's also a simple "skeel" who falls in love, forgets to do her homework, and locks herself in to prevent her aunt from entering the room at a delicate moment. Tom Holland is well suited for the role. An awkward schoolboy with poor social experience is good at acting, especially because the actor himself is similar in character to Peter. In this film, Peter has a problem for every ego.
Parker's problem is asking the girl to date. Oh, my God, my God! Yeah, everybody's been through it anyway. A lot of people are interested in watching this. Me too! But the relationship of the heroine Zendaya and Peter Parker looks dead. Yes, it is very realistic to show teenage relationships, but the problem with modern teenage relationships is that all the feelings are played out, and in the film it is presented as if it should be: 'Let's date? -Come on? - I love you. - Me too. -Yeah. - That's how we live. - Want a beer? We see the same thing about here, only because the students are not the last, they do not look so unpleasant. Separate from the relationship, the main characters seem attractive.
Spider-Man's problem is that he's expected to be the new Iron Man. The problem of pressure on a teenager, surrounding expectations is found in the lives of many. It makes sense. Tom Holland perfectly conveyed the experiences of his hero.
Separately, it is worth noting the charismatic Jake Gyllenhaal in the image of Mysterio. It is difficult to comment on what Jake’s talent manifested itself without throwing spoilers, so I will just say that despite the limited possibilities of the superhero genre, Mysterio did not become another plastic character in tights.
Does that sound like a good movie, according to my description? It is true, but only in its genre. Superhero films are characterized by excessive "childishness" of what is happening and a weak and similar plot, which prevent you from empathizing with the main characters, seriously taking what is happening on the screen and enjoying epic moments under the solemn or hyping soundtrack. It was funny and beautiful in some places.
The main character is not Spider-Man, but Peter Parker.
Well -- it's an interesting movie. At the very least, he is interesting in terms of how Peter Parker (Tom Holland) will develop in the MCU, what will be done with him next.
Is Spider developing for this movie? I'll tell you right away. He has his own arch, which began with “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame”, here is its full continuation.
Peter suffers from the fact that after Stark's death, the whole world believes that he, Spider, is now the new leader of the Avengers and the next Iron Man. He’s not happy about it, because he wants to be a friendly neighbor, as he learned in Homecoming. That is, the character, as many for some reason assure others to the contrary, was not reset.
His aspirations and arc of development continue. He is naive, but he understands it and tries to fix it. Yes, they are trying to make a new spider, there music, homages include, but this is done only for the sake of Sony not pulling Spider out of the MCU in case of anything, that’s all.
Peter develops as a character, developing his character and abilities. A spider sense, as an example.
The plot is that Peter and his class go on a school excursion to Venice. This is why the film is called Far From Home. Peter has often been out of New York in comics, so I don’t see anything wrong with this move, namely the Big Apple county. Thus, we are shown the vastness of the MCU world, that there is not only New York, but other cities and countries.
And he has a love interest in the person of Michelle (Zendaya). Peter makes plans to conquer it and almost something happens, but everything is covered with a copper pelvis because of spider life. A classic Spider-Man story.
Michelle herself is like a character, honey. She can make jokes, vent sarcasm, stand up for herself. She is moderately intelligent, cheerful, brave, but she can be scared, does not climb on the edge. It creates the appearance of a little misanthrope. Their relationship with Peter is awkward, sweet, normal, like any school/student couple would have.
Their relationship progresses through multiple interactions rather than one scene in the hallway. I see them as living people with a lively relationship and a keen interest in each other. They both do not know how to behave in romantic situations, for them it is all new and it is obvious, it is shown. Awkward conversations, embarrassments, casual touches.
Yes, Michelle admits that she is interested in Peter because he is Spider, but this is intended to give a small wedge in their relationship, but it turns out that she needs Peter, not Spider.
The humor in the movie is stupid, it's not funny. John Watts (director) can’t be funny, he can’t be funny. All his jokes and gags, it’s just a pathetic sight. Yes, you can smile at one or two jokes, but still. .
The action was good, it was possible and better of course, the choice of opponents was to blame for everything, it was necessary to take someone else so that Spider could show himself.
In the first action scene, namely with Hydroman, Spider feels wildly superfluous, he was even given to save crumbling buildings just to be there. That is, as an opponent of the Elementals, Peter is not about anything, he is useless, which is often shown.
Why they were chosen as opponents, I don’t know. There are also problems with logic.
Separately, it is worth noting the illusory action scene, it is made creatively, beautifully and interestingly. But again, all the questions about drones, how they do what they do, this is not explained in any way.
The final action scene with hundreds of drones is good.
As for Peter's "denial" of responsibility, he doesn't want to go to war with the Elementals. Again, his arch from the previous film continues. Peter no longer considers himself a major league hero like the Avengers, he is a friendly Neighbor, which he never says.
Regarding Stark Glasses, another subject of general discussion and condemnation by Peter. Fury doesn’t know what these glasses are or what they can do, and he gave it to Parker. Parker is especially not back and forth about glasses and accidentally, I repeat, accidentally calls drones on the bus, but he also eliminates his mistake. Peter doesn't know what these glasses are or how to use them, so he studies them through trial and error, just like scientists do.
He gives the points to Beck because Fury sowed a seed of doubt inside Peter, saying Stark chose the wrong one, he made a mistake and was wrong. Peter logically assumes that Stark gave him points not so that he would be the heir, but those who will pass them to the right candidate.
Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal), as a villain... good. His motivation is simple and clear, it is logical and everyone can pass it through himself, understand this person and can even support, sympathize. And Beck is not selfish, he works not alone, but with a team and encourages each participant, without spoiling anyone. He threatens them a couple of times.
A film about classic spider problems from comics. The main character develops and grows above himself, making his own decisions and paying for them later.
I really liked the romantic line, it’s one of the best parts of the picture. The action is good, can please the eye, the characters are written well, some are better than others, some are not very good. Good work was done on the narrative part and the script.
I liked the movie. And I recommend it to the fans of Peter Parker and then Spider.
It is easy to deceive those whose lives are self-deception.
Peter Parker (Tom Holland) enjoys a school trip to Europe with his friends, but his plans are interrupted when Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) calls on him to help stop a new threat: a group of powerful creatures wreaking havoc across the continent.
Tom Holland plays Peter Parker/Spider-Man again, capturing both the awkwardness and bravery of the character. Zendaya shines as MJ, bringing depth and humor to her image. Jake Gyllenhaal in the role of Mysterio stands out charismatic and mysterious performance that makes viewers guess about the plans and actions of the character. Supporting actors, including Samuel L. Jackson, John Favreau and Marisa Tomei, also do not lag behind the quality of their acting.
As expected from the Marvel blockbuster, computer graphics is at the top. Loved the action scenes in which the spider fights in different cities and fights opponents - the scenes are really exciting and visually stunning. Using CGI to showcase Mysterio's abilities is also impressive and adds to the film's spectacle.
The film's soundtrack includes an eclectic mix of songs that convey the film's tone, from the invigorating pop music of The Ramones' "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend" to Martin Tillman's more somber "The Ferryman." The score of Michael Giacchino deserves attention, which brings a sense of adventure and excitement to the action scenes of the film.
In general, “Spider-Man: Far From Home is a worthy addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with exciting action and humor. Strong acting work, impressive computer graphics and a fascinating soundtrack - all this makes the film pleasant for viewing by fans of the hero flying on the web.

The sequel to the Spider-Man movie becomes the next project after the massive Endgame, where a whole mountain of superheroes fought the armies of Thanos, who decided to eliminate our world. Given how the movie ended and the scope of it, I wanted to see something simpler, a more entertaining movie. And maybe I'm not alone. “Marvel” seems to anticipate the desires and expectations of its fans, offering a lighter picture about the well-known, probably all friendly neighbor Spider.
However, this project should not be considered completely fun. Behind the seeming entertainment of the film lies a rather thoughtful story of the development of a young Peter Parker, who everywhere will see the image of his mentor Tony Stark. The picture is literally imbued with frequent references to Iron Man and his role in the formation of a young superhero.
The current story of Parker and his trip to Europe will surely please both an entertaining narrative and make you plunge into a world full of destructive illusions that, thanks to the villain, will literally break the psychologically young Spider.
The skill of the filmmakers who gave the audience this picture is felt in every frame. They pitch their story in such a way that all the time the narrative literally feels like something is wrong. It seems that on the screen the heroes who live their lives get into trouble, and Spider and his new friend Mysterio fight enemies Elementals, but does not leave the feeling of something fake. And in the film, only a hidden twist puts everything in its place, literally returning the realism of the narrative.
I try to say that the director’s work, the work of the actors, the script were created so qualitatively that the picture skillfully manipulates the audience’s perception, when you constantly frown and can not understand, this is such a move of the creators of the picture that the usual things look somehow unnatural. However, everything falls into place when the main deception of the film is revealed, and Peter Parker is alone with the true villain away from home.
The film boasts an improved visual component when compared to the first Tom Holland Spider movie. Everything here is much stronger, and the picture is much brighter. The movie is exciting. It is an opportunity to see the beautiful cities of Europe, even some of the places you once visited. Maybe that’s why I liked the picture even more. It is amazing to see how a young superhero fights enemies on the streets of beautiful cities.
There are also some questions about the project. Often seems far-fetched by the actions of the head of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury, who from a huge team of heroes chooses Parker to help. Peter's just a boy. Yeah. He has seen a lot, fought in space with alien invaders, but still it seems that the choice of older heroes would be more obvious. But then we wouldn’t have this interesting story.
Both Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal enjoyed the game. The latter skillfully reincarnates on the screen, perfectly conveys the emotions of his character and is one of the decorations of the picture.
Far From Home became a strong film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, giving vivid images of heroes and villains and showing that Spider-Man is ready to fight enemies, even if he first stumbled, trusting the wrong person. The film will show the next stage of the formation of Peter Parker, which will certainly be interesting to watch.
Everything repeats in a circle, I want to copy all the reviews on the old parts of the spider and paste here. Another escape from the base universe, another misery from scratch. I don’t want to learn, I want to get married. They look very childish and stupid. After all, you do not save conditionally 100 people, and you have a moral choice to take care of yourself or strangers, no, here if the world dies, you, your loved ones, relatives and so on, there is no dilemma at all. But the authors once again try to make a tragic and dramatic element, and as always, Marvel does not succeed, as a result, you watch computer graphonium, and in breaks you think how dull the personal plot is.
This is another mediocre spider-man soap. Those who like the previous part of the franchise. The rest, only straight, if there is nothing to see.

In general, this creation feels like a kind of attempt to unite the characters of series of different genres of a cable channel.
The producers are sitting there thinking, ‘Here’s a teen sitcom, there’s a secret agent procedure.’ Let’s make a crossover out of this, our ratings will go up in scale, we will become billionaires.
And as a result, it turns out absolutely infantile staged action, with guys trying to hold a serious mine in black suits and 20-year-old schoolchildren crooking around them.
In some places, infantility is twisted just to the maximum, as if it was filmed exclusively for children of primary school age. Parker shouts “Look, there are goats” while jumping out of the bus hatch to neutralize the drone.
In addition to attempts at comedy, there is no load in the film, there is no drama, the characters do not develop anywhere in comparison with the original film. Only Spider became somewhat stupider and more trusting, which is logical, because at the beginning of the film he hit his head against the bell twice.
As a geek, it’s hard for me to take the story because I knew exactly who the new character was and what land 616 was. And since there is no break in expectation, as in some Iron Man 3, the plot for me, as it was originally an open book, remains to the end. The authors could not come up with anything original, limiting themselves to a classic performance from comics, which is 60 years old at lunch.
The film does not work, not only as an independent work, but also as part of the cinematic universe. A global event is happening all over the world, an incredible threat hangs over the planet. But where are the Hulk, the sorcerers, the Asgardians on Pegasus, the Wakanda and the other insect people? Are they all busy at the same time?
The visual component also does not withstand any criticism. It seems that the special effects specialist came to the site with free 3D models, and downloaded the first and most banal that came to hand. Elementals, drones, a slightly repainted model of a spider. And let all this painted good randomly and thoughtlessly mingle in the frame.
Far From Home is bad in every way, it literally fails to find pluses, a regression from the first film, bordering on self-parody. And one of the most unsuccessful films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Released the second trailer for the film “No Way Home”, which blew almost all the head with its scale. In fact, there is no bad movie about a guy in red and blue tights. Even the NCP2 has its own uniqueness. It is still remembered and revised, and I liked it so much. I'm not going to translate the subject.
Far From Home is a sequel about a friendly neighbor who came out better than VD. The concept of water looks more interesting on paper: the characters are rolled around different countries, the main villain is Mysterio, and there was at least some love line. But everything in order.
In general, water does not have any experimental features, like the first part. He doesn't really address any important themes of Spider-Man's significance. A little emphasis goes to the demise of Tony Stark. In fact, the film repeats itself, but it is not particularly striking.
Of course, in No Way Home, the concept of a family film will go into something large-scale, but, however, Marvel very rarely likes to go on experiments, preferring proven options and improving them a little.
Humor is the main feature. If he was normal in VD, but with his shoals, then they decided to balance this case a little. Jokes sometimes really fall out and catch only positive moments. Inappropriate comedy has become much less. And even then, if it is played, it makes much more literate than in the first part.
Far From Home already looks much more expensive and beautiful than VD. To be honest, some action scenes look great, especially with Mysterio. The Spider costume itself looks beautiful: a red and black version, as in the comics of the 60s, a white and juicy logo on the back and technological lenses. Although there is still iron armor and “black monkey”, but it was the red and black version that won my heart.
Given that the sequel has been improved and looks more worthy, the main problem is that it’s not revolutionary progress because Marvel did everything. I'm still offered a beer after work. I don’t dispute the fact that the film has its loyal fans who think Tom Holland is a great actor for Spider-Man. However, he is not allowed to reveal himself because of his stories: a nerd with his friend who can not talk to anyone. In some moments, Tom has perfectly conveyed his character, but otherwise we don’t see the drama that was in Raimi’s second Spider. A tearful scene in NCP2 that left no one indifferent. Many fans still love these films despite their quality.
Maybe NPD is going to be a great triquel, because it's going to do exactly the kind of experiments that I was talking about. I want to believe that this part will be amazing and large-scale, but in the meantime I will make the following verdict:
The sequel was good. He improved some aspects, corrected his mistakes, and looked much better. However, the problem with the MCU Spider is his caution. There are no experimental solutions in the film. In fact, I was expecting the worst version of a friendly neighbor. But as I said above, there are no bad Spider-Man movies.

I was tricked. Not only is it not the Spider-Man and not the Mary Jane I know, but just like in Iron Man 3, the villain is just pathetic and reminds me of a fake Mandarin, another parody... In a way, I like Iron Man. I think Robert Downey Jr. played him well, but this continued worship of Iron Man and his technology must stop, is already getting ridiculous. Disney can't let it go and stop making it a story tool. I never felt that there was any danger in this film, and I just did not get any emotions from this film! An endless parade of false drama, misunderstandings and teenage anguish. A good Spider-Man movie needs an optimal number of jokes. But it's not Deadpool, not everything MUST be a joke. With the need to insert joke after joke into the script, there is little room for anything else. There was no drama of important scenes, no potentially deep content of dialogue, no impressive plot development. Each scene seemed to be made just to get to the next comedy act.
Look what the hell this treacherous corporate cheater Kevin Feige and his gang are doing! They do not try to reveal the metaphor underlying the hero, they erase and devalue its importance.
For example: Spider-Man’s identity is the most important part of who he is, and he guards that secret well for fear of endangering the people he loves. Peter always had perpetual challenges, such as struggling with normal teenage demands and superheroism. At one point it was not just about the great responsibility that comes with great power, but also about figuring out who or what he was responsible for. But this movie turned it all into a joke. Aunt May finds out he's Spider-Man - a joke. Happy makes a comment that may somehow raise suspicions about Spider-Man's identity - a joke. Just because Kevin Feige thought it was funny, or they just wanted to stuff another joke. These are not even spoilers, because these moments simply do not have an emotional impact. The post-credits scene is trying to pull this mess out, but there's nothing impressive. It’s all appealing because nothing matters in this movie. Peter gives Beck points after meeting him for 5 minutes. And then Beck gives a speech about why he's a villain. And now the real spoilers: there will be more Spider movies like this.
I saw the first Spider-Man movie at the cinema right away, but it didn’t impress me. And so I was especially wary of the second film and decided to watch it, as much as two years after the release. Here’s what I can say about the movie.
He impressed me, really surprised me. Of course, it doesn’t compare in feelings and emotions with the previous two adaptations of the spider, but there is something about this spider, and I will say that. In the first part, we all saw Peter Parker fall all this superhero burden, but he was not alone. He’s always had Iron Man with him, and Marvel is betting on Peter and Stark’s relationship, which we saw in the first and second installments, even after Tony died. But the first part makes sense. Avengers. Save the world. And all that. We didn't really see the spider there, but the second part is completely different. You can clearly see how difficult it is for Peter after the death of Iron Man, everyone wants something from him, everyone sees him as a receiver, but what does Peter want? Has anyone asked him? The authors very well showed Spider-Man as he really is. An ordinary teenager nerd who, like any other teenager, has his typical problems for teenagers. And in this part, we perfectly see how after the death of the mentor, that teenage insecurity and ignorance of what you want in this life emerges.
Mary Jane and the school friends he wants to be with. On the other hand, saving the world and a sense of responsibility. And Parker doesn’t know what he wants and Tony doesn’t have anyone to help, hence a number of very deplorable mistakes that will have to be held accountable. On the part of the director is a great move, because they thus show that Peter is still quite young and he does not know how to handle the force that fell to him.
The story of Peter becoming a man who is jealous of Mary Jane's classmate, which is typical for any teenager. In a conscious hero in the picture is shown very well.
The rest of the film is made in the style of Marvel, there is nothing to add.
It is understandable that after the success of the first solo Spider-Man film under the auspices of Marvel Cinema, producers Sonya and Kevin Feige did not doubt the need to continue the series. But this time, the responsibility was special, because the sequel to “Homecoming” needed to act as the first swallow in the updated after the last “Avengers” world. The task was assigned to director John Watts, and this is what came out of it.
Peter Parker, like all his classmates wiped to dust after Thanos snapped, is back at school again and continues to be a hero who saves people and stops criminals. Life has returned to its former patterns, which means that students together with their teachers can make a small Eurotour. It is clear that Parker will not refuse this.
But here's the problem - wherever our hero goes, he is everywhere met with trouble. Just now, terrible monsters from other dimensions attacked Europe, and someone nicknamed Mysterio volunteered to fight them. But it won't be easy for him. Peter Parker will have to help, although he does not want to be distracted from a possible romantic relationship with Em. Jay.
Of course, the creators of Far From Home were very cunning when they said that their film would be saturated with bitter drama from what happened in Endgame. This movie is just another optional Spider-Man adventure that feels great. His personal problems don’t really affect anything. Well, he has experiences, he suffers from a hot feeling, but in general, all this can be calmly experienced and we all do not need to know about it.
In principle, this is the biggest problem of the film, as it was stated one, but in fact it turned out to be quite different. But Mysterio, who was played by the unexpectedly energetic and not at all sad Jake Gyllenhaal, pleasantly surprised me. It turned out to be much more interesting than it may seem and he often saves the film from mediocrity, which is a lot here.
About Tom Holland, you can say that Spider-Man's costume sits on him, as if infused. The actor is doing a great job and I would really like John Watts and Kevin Feige to prepare something more interesting for him.
A special excursion to the drama here is not worth looking for. Instead, just have fun while watching and if Far From Home is quickly forgotten, then that’s no problem. This is the case with many Marvel movies.
' Far From Home' I liked it less than 'Homecoming' Yes, the previous film was not perfect, but there was an idea. It was clear the significance of this story for the hero himself, when you watched on the screen as an immature teenager, hungry for recognition and great deeds - here it is good in the role of such a man & #39; father & #39; fit Tony Stark - grew above his childhood ambitions. And in ' Far From Home' the fight with Mysterio looks not like an important milestone on the hero's path, but like some secondary quest - not very interesting, not very necessary.
And I have an idea why this happened. It seems that in the third Captain America movie Tony Stark took up almost more screen time than the Captain himself. It was strange, the hero in his solo album was forced to live against the background of other heroes, to correspond to the events from other films, and this put him in the background, deprived him of exclusivity, prevented him from turning to the full force of his - I emphasize: his - adventure, which turned out to be closed within the boundaries of the cinematic universe. The same thing happened with Spider-Man. The need to fit into all the background developed by the universe erases the individuality of both the hero and his rival - Mysterio and Co. just solve their private local conflicts and resentments with the same Tony Stark. And even the whole conflict is not between Mysterio and Spider, but rather Nick Fury, with the help of Spider, is trying to solve his problems. And this feeling that Spider-Man in his solo film is an optional unit is not good for the film.
The film itself, meanwhile, tries to be an ordinary teenage comedy with a superhero flor and with all the ensuing (here is this aunt who put the suit in Peter's bag, which was discovered at the airport security), although, to draw an analogy, even ' Shazam' in this sense is a more teenage, more farcical, but at the same time incomparably deeper in content than the new ' Spider-Man' losing in depth and importance of events even its own past film.
'People cannot live without faith. Today’s people are ready to believe anything.
The 2017th year for the most successful commercially studio 'Marvel' specializing in comic book adaptations of the publishing company of the same name, became a kind of experimental. First, the long-awaited project about one of the most popular superheroes of the universe ' Marvel' Spider-Man was launched. Secondly, the director Taika Waititi breathed new life into the series that turned out not to be the most attractive from the point of viewer interest, after which not only the series itself received permission to shoot a new fourth part, which was not part of the rules & #39; Marvel' because the studio adhered to a range of three films. But Taika Waititi also made Thor himself one of the most attractive superheroes, informally taking second place after the monolithic frontman of the Iron Man Cinematic Universe.
Well, it's time to get back to Spider-Man. What was the experiment? The fact is that numerous fans of both the comics and the cinematic universe have long been familiar with the origin of this superhero, and this was taken as a canonical plot in previous adaptations from Sam Raimi and Mark Webb. And 'Marvel' came to the decision that the biography of Peter Parker (so in the world to call Spider-Man, if anyone does not know) should be modified, and in fact, the creator of his appearance was the same Iron Man. In its own way, it was a risky move, and the global focus on the teenage audience was also somewhat embarrassing. But for 'Marvel' everything went well: the box office was excellent (who doubted?), and the changed concept and the original story of Peter Parker was accepted as a variation of the expansion of strategies from the studio.
And in 2019, the sequel 'Spider-Man' was released. I will not go into the details of the plot, there are many parallel lines and relationships, say, with crossovers ' Avengers', and go directly to those emotions that provided this spectacular sequel. First, from the very beginning of the sequel to myself, I noted that the approach to special effects became more ambitious and from this even the appearance of the elementals (a subspecies of the enemies of humanity) caused fear and awe, but even more horror was inspired by the destruction that the elementals carried with them. Climax fights with the main antagonist turned out to be more saturated in spectacular terms, besides the creators of the sequel also added a special portion of drama, while unleashing the storyline for the development of the third part, adding special sharpness to all sequels (although the creation of new parts about the superhero Spider-Man is still under a big question due to the disputes of the studios over the ownership of the rights to the film adaptation of the cult character).
Gained skill and confidence Tom Holland, embodied the image of Peter Parker and his alter-ego Spider-Man inside the cinematic universe 'Marvel'. If in the first part there was a noticeable stiffness and some shyness in the actions of the young actor, now Holland has reached another level and gradually acquired the necessary charisma and personality traits so familiar to the image of Spider-Man. Samuel L. Jackson returned to the familiar path of a mentor and leader, who has everything and everything always and everywhere on suspicion, although the same full-fledged main character as in ' Captain Marvel' he did not become, but the screen time is still more solid than in the same ' Avengers' And finally, Jake Giallenhaal got into the superheroic, however, the degree of his talent allows him to play a more important role in the cinematic universe than Mysterio for one series. And yet, even here, Gyllenhaal completely immersed himself in the image, not giving an iota to doubt some negligence in relation to the mainstream. And let the appearance in the world ' Marvel' is to some extent a litmus test for asserting star status and now Jake is a direct participant in this diverse action called ' comic book screening'.
In general, this was the movie that was expected. And it's even a little, some nuances better than its predecessor. And this meant only one thing - the story of Spider-Man in the new version for the Cinematic Universe & #39; Marvel & #39; has the right to continue, but business issues turned out to be higher than audience wishes. I will note, of course, the confident incarnation of Tom Holland and the sincere play with a dose of unexpected cunning drama from Jake Gyllenhaal. Maybe not the best film adaptation of all phases of the movie universe, but certainly not the worst.

P.S. But how annoying is Tony Revolori as Flash Thompson!
I don't like this spider, not in the sense of Tom Holland (he's great), but in the sense of this childish version of the spider. Sam Raimi's trilogy has already sunk into my soul, moderately adult, kind, his environment was literally against him, a small mistake and now you are already without a job and the rent must be given, those films were quite vital and real, and stiffness and isolation was characteristic of Peter due to the modest and restrained upbringing of Uncle and Aunt. Why does the new Spider stutter, something shy can be attributed to adolescence, but in his environment he really has almost all the zbz, why dodges in dialogue, some problems on the flat ground, when everyone around is snatching at least an ass in the face poke, and even a joke from above for a while. All right, let's have a fantastically lucky teenager with a sexy aunt, no problems with money and ordinary friends + a bunch of gadgets and a million ways to enjoy. . .
And Toby is even ashamed to take twenty from a pensioner's aunt so as not to be thrown out of the barn and enough to patch up an old homemade suit that also rubs in the groin. As for the transfer of the location to Europe, well, it can be seen that this is purely a catalyst for events, just throw the characters in a new place and you have a generator ready for the plot, it is in principle good, to trample in only New York would be already a shkvar. After only an hour of the film went a chic scene with illusions Mysterio, here it is just a five, and psychological tricks and cool locations, just the gas Scarecrow from Batman, very cool!
The whole movie, dry, popcorn, no new ideas. No serious problems, no social allusions, even bland jokes,
A passing movie
When someone else’s clothes are imposed, and you are comfortable in your own.
If in the first part Peter Parker dreamed of becoming a part of the Avengers, to take on the corresponding duties, then in the continuation of the fact that Parker is promised, and not without reason, the place of the new Tony Stark, he goes into the shadows and completely refuses to take on a new role. At this time, on the Earth plan, Elementals attack, the fight against which begins the new superhero Mysterio, in the common people of Quentin Beck. Parker will face Beck and prepare for the final battle with the foreign invaders.
' Far From Home', an example of how to shoot a sequel that will act as preparation for a reboot and the creation of new films after ' Avengers Endgame' Firstly, that ' Far From Home' will additionally reveal some elements from the Final, as well as honor the memory of the participants of that incredible battle. Second, there will be intrigue to the fact that something unusual is being prepared in the future, and in the meantime, Peter Parker must stop resisting and use the arsenal left by Tony Stark. After all, Parker is well versed in all ingenious technical devices.
Otherwise, the film leads to a logical development of the story of the adventures of 15-year-olds, when traveling to Europe looks much more priority than saving the world. Parker, who is not ready to take on the responsibility of becoming the new superhero, is perfectly understandable. In the first part, the fight in the camp of the Avengers looked like a party with good guys. You could go about your business and sometimes go on important missions, take a spectacular selfie and comfort your ego. In the second part, Parker is offered to get into ' stranger' skin. Only by the nature of Parker, he is not interested in it at all, he would rather spend time with friends. At the same time, all the throwing of Parker in the second part on this issue looks artificial, if there is no desire, then why force the spider to take on additional responsibility? Parker lives perfectly in a prosperous world from which he does not plan to get out.
Parker’s relationship with his friends and future love of MJ looks logical. The director thought that since she is not of this world, like Parker, it makes a good couple. Secondary characters will actively joke and at the same time not much stand out. But Quentin Beck played by Jake Gyllenhaal is the most important find of the film. Let him and Parker will not have many scenes, but so skillfully Gyllenhaal knows how to position the viewer, considering the best friend and at the same time causing wild dislike, it is worth rejoicing. Playing both a positive and a negative hero, Parker plays the role of an older brother who will always provoke his younger relative.
It should be noted that the film will raise the topic of the media and the ability to manipulate world consciousness. This is a very important feature when a fictional picture makes people fanatically believe, even if the facts are in doubt. At the same time, the director very competently managed to convey the modern mood, how easy and unproven haters are able to break human life. As a result ' Far From Home' this is a transition between the Marvel series of cinema, which conveys the overall atmosphere well, sets the tone for a special visual series. At the same time, it does not develop the characters of the characters, because initially it was not necessary, since the carefree youth shown does not require important decisions.

They laugh, but not at the saint, cry, but without snot, love and make friends without stereotypes and prejudices, fight for a just cause without pathos. It's all about this movie. It is so hard to find flaws when watching a film does not go away smile from the face and the mood of the film is so good.
All Marvel movies are positive. They offer hope for a glorious future without it all. They teach how to become better so that this glorious future becomes the present. Each character is thought out to the smallest detail. Yes, Hollywood is now mega-tolerant. Probably over the edge. But not for me. I believe that this is how we should deal with the wormholes of our society. Beat for sure and not to retreat from their principles, even if it can bring down the cash register and throw you a mountain of criticism. But I'm not going to talk about good and evil here. I want to say that the characters are so perfect that you can not dig into them. From a moral and moral point of view. At the same time, they are not sterile, but all are different and not necessarily such nannies. But they are really for the good as I see it. So I love Marvel. They're good.
This is a very specific film.
I want to mention the antagonist immediately. A bright and interesting character. He is not lost against the background of the many brightest characters of this cinematic universe. He stood out for his traits, motives, problems, etc. I don't want to break up with him. The actor did a great job with his role. It fits in organically, while contributing something of its own. With all his evil qualities, you feel sympathy for him, no matter how twisted. Perhaps this is the fault of the actor’s charisma and charm. For example, in ' Gods of Egypt' I had a strong aversion to Butler. Maybe that's what you're thinking. Although I have a positive attitude towards Butler. And there are characters he plays that I really like. But the villain came out of him very unpleasant. Another thing, in this movie. Realizing what our villain is, sorry, I admired him.
The protagonist. Our spider. Spider is my favorite superhero. He was loved both when Toby played him and now when Tom plays him. Both suit the role perfectly. They have that naivety, kind-heartedness, sincerity, which probably was conceived by the authors of the comics when writing the character ' friendly neighbor'. Tom grew old in this part. And the acting skills clearly picked up. He took the role seriously and conscientiously.
Dachshund. Now the main character's girlfriend. Zendaya won me over. I am glad that the girl was made not traditional - beautiful, sexy, etc. They gave her human qualities. Made her an individual, a strong personality. Even more. They gave us a non-standard personality, different from others, knocked out of the crowd. After all, such girls exist in real life, but it is not easy for them to live in this society built on patterns. And our guy fell in love with just such a girl, which indicates his spiritual and mental development. From what I say, I might get the impression that I am describing some unattractive girl. Of course it's not. Beautiful girls can be different. She's not a Barbie. She has her own beauty.
The other heroes are also good. The teachers fascinated me with their lack of success. Smiley emoji emoji. The group of students is diverse. All cute and funny. With your squirrels. Nick Fury was mocked in this movie. It's weird, but it's cool. Beautiful Aunt May is not only beautiful, but also caring, funny, not weak lady. Happy is still Happy. It brings its share of humor and positivity.
It’s strange that I wasn’t impressed at the cinema. But when I watched it again, I was delighted. But this isn't my first time. It was also with 'Lara Croft' with Alicia Vikander and probably some other films, now I do not remember.
I really want to shoot the next solo part about this spider, continue the story. Thank heavens, the fees are excellent and critics did not defeat this film. Marvel, don't let me down.
In 2019, the main part of the already legendary Marvel Cinematic Universe was completed. Could we have imagined in 2008, when we watched an Iron Man movie, that after 11 years and 22 movies, the world of one movie would turn into a real superhero universe, where everything is so interconnected and coherent? In the spring, we saw the culmination of the Infinity Saga – the Endgame. In the summer, we were waiting for an epilogue - Spider-Man, Far From Home. And well, we will sit down on the track and fly after Spiderman on vacation to Europe!
Although Infinity War has changed everything, life does not stand still and people continue to live on. So Peter Parker goes with classmates on a tour of European cities. And for the purpose of rest: he leaves the suit at home and makes a complex plan to confess his feelings to classmate MJ. But Peter is not allowed to rest - powerful and destructive Elementals appear in the cities of Europe, which Nick Fury and his agents unsuccessfully try to stop. He recruits Spider-Man to help another man with superpowers - Quentin Beck, who prefers to call himself Mysterio. . .
After the first trailer (and it was released before the premiere of the Final), I did not even imagine it to wait for the last film of the third phase of the MCU, and I did not understand why Far From Home is called the last film of the phase. After watching, you understand the uniqueness of this project. It is rare to see the effects of war on the screen, whatever it may be. And now we see the heroes of the MCU Universe feeling all these consequences. This is an important part of the film.
The second unique feature of the project is the trip to Europe. Everything Spider-Man knows and loves clearly wondered: how will he fight villains in European cities, where there are no high-rise buildings and there are a bunch of dilapidated structures? All scenes of battles and street fights are staged very spectacularly. And watching how all this happens against the backdrop of the Venetian canals, alpine winding roads, Dutch tulip fields, Prague Carnival and the Tower of London is a delight for the eyes of a lover from Europe traveler! The delight for the eyes is also the chic special effects and this is not only all the scenes of battles with fire, water and other elements, as well as with a thousand drones in the sky, but also incredible illusions. which make us doubt the reality or unreality of what is happening - it was a really powerful moment and one of the best scenes of the film!
The sequel is not inferior to the original and in hilarious moments that concern the themes of a super-complex plan to change seats on the plane or admit to feelings, attempts to neutralize compromising photos or emergency changes in plans, where for the sake of salvation you have to change your visit to the carnival for an evening at the opera. And especially the hotel scenes, where one conversation is too often interrupted, and the revelations in the Tower. We are amused not only by situations, but also by skillfully constructed dialogues of heroes. The mood adds and the musical soundtrack Michael Giacchino.
In the sequel, almost all the main characters return - and on the one hand they look older, and on the other hand, all the same schoolchildren with their usual problems. But Peter Parker's problems are much more complicated - and although he wants to spend this vacation with a girl he likes, it will not work. We have to put on a superhero costume and save the world. And when there is a reminder of a mentor on every corner, Peter seems a little lost, trying to figure out how to live his life as a normal person and as a superhero. Once again in admiration for the game Tom Holland - well done, so hold on!
In the company of Spidey is now one of the patriarchs of the MCU, whom we have already missed - the legendary spy, once the head of the organization SHIELD, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). He has not lost his famous sarcastic manner of communication, the ability not to lose composure in any situation, and still gives the impression that this is the kind of leader we need. And together with combat partner Maria Hill (Kobe Smulders) - they will give us many more surprises.
Another of the iconic heroes of the MCU appears in the sequel - Happy Hogan (John Favreau), who now often communicates with the cute and caring aunt of Peter May (Marisa Tomei). Happy becomes one of the closest people for Peter, who understands how difficult and ready to help him in any situation.
In the sequel, all of Peter’s school friends appear: Ned Leeds (Jacob Batalon), who supports all the crazy undertakings of his buddy, but also suddenly begins a relationship with a cute classmate Betty; arrogant and spoiled Flash Thompson (Tony Revolory), who jokes with Parker, but is an ardent fan of Spider-Man; and finally, MJ (Zendaya), who still gives the impression of a cute, slightly miraculous, continues to watch Peter’s all sorts suspicious feelings.
Speaking of iconic - for the first time on the screen appears one of the most famous antagonists of Spiderman. This is the magician and illusionist Mysterio. Here he appears in a very unexpected hypostasis - a hero from an alternate universe who is ready to do anything to stop the elementals. The storyline of Quentin Beck is also one of the main advantages of the picture. The casting of Jake Gyllenhaal for this role more than justified itself - a fantastic game! Like his Magic Tour beyond reality and fantasy.
As the epilogue of the Infinity Saga - the 23rd film of the MCU "Spider-Man Far From Home" beautifully completes the main storylines of the characters and already begins new ones. Already two scenes after the credits delight hardcore fans of Spidey, and then surprise, amaze and make us look forward to what else will tell us the Marvel Cinematic Universe? We are already waiting for a lot of interesting things! Thanks for everything! See you in the future!
About what? The second film from the updated universe about Spider-Man. Peter is forced to replace Tony Stark, who died at the end of the Avengers Final. Everyone expects him to be at least as good as Tony. And he wants to lead a normal teenage life and confess his love to MJ. He is given such an opportunity, the whole class goes on a tour of Europe where Peter has to solve heroic cases and simultaneously deal with his personal life. For the first time in the Marvel Universe, Mysterio (Jake Gylenghaal) appears. Without spoilers, Jake steals Tom Holland’s scene because he’s a more experienced actor and has the main scenes. The film is almost a failure. Everything I fell in love with in the first movie was thrown into the trash or looked bland. Stupid scenario twists underwheeling in everything. Except maybe the Mysterio story and the post-credits scene that turns things upside down. The scenes in Europe were delighted. The scene in my beloved London looks great. It's full of Easter eggs and that's a huge plus to fan service. In general, the film is a disappointment in general and is suitable for once.
For who? Marvel fans and Spidey.
What I liked: fun and relaxing, it goes well under the beer, and for this it was done, if there was a separate assessment, I would put 9. What I didn't like: The most terrible threat to humanity this time was just a poser with clown clowns; I hope this does not become a tradition. - Edith is dumb as a cork, ready to follow any orders of anyone, if it was a full-fledged AI, the plot could turn out more interesting.
The battle with Thanos is long gone, but the Earth is once again threatened. But since Doctor Strange is unavailable, Thor flew with the Guardians of the Galaxy to conquer space, and Barton retired, the only one who can eliminate this threat is Spider-Man. Peter himself does not want to continue superhero activities and, wanting to pay more attention to his personal life, goes with his classmates on vacation in Europe. But it happens that students fall within the range of this threat, and Peter has no choice but to wear his suit and take up the task of saving the world. As partners Parker put a certain Mysterio, who introduced himself as a native of a parallel universe.
This year, Marvel did a very fruitful job. First - a very, very good & #39; Captain Marvel' (at least not as bad as they say), then - a large-scale and unforgettable spectacle in ' Avengers: Endgame', well, the final touch in their annual plan was the second solo film about Spider-Man. Honestly, I didn’t have much of a desire to watch ' Far From Home' at the cinema. From the trailers, I thought it would be even more teeny than Coming Home 39, and the plot would boil down to a typical Marvel hero-villain fight. However, in fact, everything turned out not so, and moreover, according to general impressions, the second solo film about Spider was a head above the first.
As for 'teenagership' it was here, but only served when it was really appropriate. The problems that overtake Parker on the personal front are revealed really convincingly, his attempts to combine the life of a simple man with a superhero alter ego are even more risky this time, because classmates and a teacher can become direct witnesses. The fact that Peter suddenly liked MJ for no reason, even though he had been courting another one for the whole last film, is normal, guys his age often change girls like gloves. And then, if earlier it was completely unclear what Parker looked like in the lady who turned out to be the daughter of the Vulture, now his sympathy for the sarcastic MJ is quite justified, since in many ways the two of them are quite similar. All their scenes together are well staged, and in many ways this is the merit of the actors themselves. To be honest, I liked Parker’s love line even more than I liked it in the Spider movies with Andrew Garfield. Yes, Garfield and Stone actors are more experienced and talented, but still youthful love is better reflected by those who are more similar to its objects by age.
The inner conflict of Peter Parker, connected with the combination of the life of a simple teenager with his superhero alter ego, is definitely one of the strongest links in the script. The last time this happened was in 'Spider-Man 2' 2004. In this regard, the character has matured, and Holland has noticeably added in terms of acting abilities. In 'Confrontation' he seemed like a random passerby, but after he was allowed to sail freely, his social role in the fundamental plot of Marvel began to grow. Spider-Man by his own efforts stopped smuggling, met face to face with Thanos and even experienced the power of his hand, and if earlier he was directly burning with a dream to implement something like this, then after this ' Dream' came true, he realized the burden of responsibility he had taken on himself and realized that he was not quite ready for this. And the way it's portrayed in the film really deserves attention.
As for Jake Gyllenhaal, at first it seemed that participating in mass blockbusters is not his royal business, after all, he is an actor of a different meaning. But all doubts gradually dispelled as the character developed. The extra half point in the piggy bank of the film is his merit. And not only due to the actor’s charisma, but also due to incredible visual decisions. Aquarium on the head, however, at first looks funny (don’t judge strictly, I’m not a fan of Spider-Man and about these characters know little even in the first approximation). The illusions he turns look great and pleasing to the eye. Here’s what about motivation... It seems convincing, but on the other hand, the motivation of the same Vulture looks much more thoughtful. Although by and large, both have the same root cause for anger. But from the position of Mysterio, such a phenomenon as mass duping of the population is very well played out. Watch the movie and see what I mean.
A word about action. In ' Homecoming' the action was completely expressionless, here this joint was corrected. The action has become much better and more dynamic, more colorful, or something. With 'Dr. Strange' and 'Infinity War' certainly not comparable, but for a light summer blockbuster - what the doctor prescribed. It is a pity that I did not bother to go to the cinema to see this picture, so I would certainly be in even greater pleasure.
To sum up. 'Spider-Man: Far From Home #39 is probably one of the best movies about this character (no better than the first movie with Andrew and the second film with Toby, but it is definitely in the honorary three) and one of the most memorable Marvel blockbusters released recently. Bright, light, cheerful, dynamic, imbued with attractive youthful energy - this is all about him. I had a great time watching what I wish you.
'Spider-Man: Away from home' - a great comic book, a head surpassed very average in my opinion ' Homecoming' This is the Spider-in-the-MCU movie I wanted to see – dynamic, funny and engaging.
My main complaint to ' Homecoming' was a freshness and secondary, expressed in the complete absence of any original style. The sequel successfully corrected this - I did not miss watching a minute.
First of all, praise the local villain. His motivation, of course, is not as interesting as that of the Vulture in the previous film, however, firstly, we are talking about Mysterio, and this in itself is a virtue if you are familiar with the Spider Universe not only from films, and secondly, this role went to Jake Gyllenhaal, who in the image of the character made his own flavor.
Of course, it is necessary to note the action, which has become much more original and interesting. Watching Spider's culbits is a pleasure, and the scenes bribe with their scale.
Speaking of Spiders, Holland finally stopped irritating me with his stupid skin, and the character in his performance began to look somehow more solid. Plus, for the film, the crawling hero will change several costumes, each of which looks stylish in its own way.
The humour is still there, and here it is probably even better than in the first film. Jokes are really funny, appropriate, and generally arranged according to the script competently, maintaining a certain level of interest in what is happening.
To sum up - ' Far From Home' a truly decent product. It is clear that the film was tried in all aspects. I was very pleased with the viewing. Oh yes, you still have two of the coolest scenes after the credits, so be sure to watch until the end.
Is there life after the Avengers? A yes rather than a no. This can be seen at least by looking at the next film after the “Endgame” movie universe called “Spider-Man”: Far from home. A name that's enticing. And here, oddly enough, our distributors have nothing to do with it. Enticing. Although, we all know that Spiderman was farther from home than in this tape.
This is the starting paragraph from me that it may seem that there is nothing to blame for this film. But I would make a mistake, immediately stating that this picture is a strange cast of truly cool and hitherto unseen frames, scenes, turns and some sort of game-torn moments taken from seemingly stupid American youth comedies.
Just about the minuses, because the pros, of course, outweighed, and they I will give much more space in this text. Okay. The Eurotour itself, I never understood why it was shown. A weak excuse is only a change of location, they say, everything happens not in the disgraced States, they say, only there everything is solved, and only there everything and everything is needed, but like on the whole planet. As if the supostat nightmares the entire globe and it is unknown at what point of the Earth the next element will rage. All right. But only that pulled the whole Eurotour (I will not say in detail how it happened). And in this Eurotour... my mother... just happened something out of the ordinary. That black accomplice was making a stupid excuse. Then Ned with his "heel-heeled" relationship ... (Hmm, something I lost the nerve to scold this film for these moments). ...
So, smoothly - to the good. Peter Parker warms up the idea of approaching MJ. And that's nice. It is pleasant that the one who fought with Thanos himself is ashamed of the first steps in the love field. But! We're closer to that hero. We understand the man in the hero faster than the hero in the man.
However, the story should steer on superhero rails. And here they pay tribute to the Avengers. Everything seems to indicate that Peter should become the new Iron Man (in context, rather, the new Tony Stark). And then we see how Peter is worried and afraid of responsibility about this. And the confrontation with a live natural disaster appears Mysterio - the most interesting character of this picture!!
I'm not going to say all the twists just in case. The strongest part of the picture is the traps in the form of illusions. No kidding, it's a winning topic! You can even cook ready-made horror ("Oculus" and did not dream).
What a MCU thing! The post-credits scenes are very cool!!! Not just entertaining, but straight carpenter so, plot development for the future! .
But for this film I would give the final seven points. The good prevails over the bad. It's obvious. But to me, a movie of stars from the sky is missing. It's more of a lock than something epochal. But a lapel is worthy, for which there is no shame.
7 out of 10
The film itself is colorful and fresh, filled with a lot of humor and beautiful action scenes in the best traditions of Marvel, but there was a feeling that something was wrong with it. And not so with the plot, which, by the way, was weak. The main villain is simply sucked out of his finger, with no history behind him and no serious motives. It's just that after Thanos, it's hard to find a decent villain, I understand that, but we were shown someone of the Mandarin level, not at all impressive. When it becomes clear what is happening, interest in viewing drops sharply. But here helps a close connection with the events of the final, on this still want to watch.
Personally, the film didn’t really catch on. I could not find any clue, any detail that would immerse me in this world of heroes. It seems that the mud is not bad, and the antagonist is in place, although not a big deal, and the film itself is simply beautiful, but that’s not catchy and that’s all! In addition, there is a lot of humor that I believe is not the best move of the authors of the film, sometimes the degree of comedy goes upside down and you get the feeling that this is some kind of parody of a superhero movie. Funny moments are always welcome in the movies, but when almost the whole movie is built on it - I think it's stupid.
The fact that in the second reboot of Spiderman Peter Parker became a real schoolboy is also not very cool. Remember the original trilogy with Toby Maguire - he fell from the roofs, he was beaten by villains, he half-live saved the train and so on - in general, there were tough and bloody moments. There were no fights, and the actress who played Mary Jane was very annoyed. Faceless and uninteresting person, is there no one more handsome and prettier? A children's film, you could say.
Nevertheless, despite all its shortcomings, the film is lively and bright, very easy to look, two hours fly by just in a flash. Colorful views of various European cities also went to the hand of the ribbon. In terms of equipment and beauty, it was very interesting to watch, also very intriguing Easter egg, hidden after the credits. I’m not saying the movie is bad, it’s just teenage, and along with other films, Marvel looks a bit foreign body.
The work of the operators, the picture, and the entire visual. No questions asked. The guys at Marvel Studios and their huge team make consistently cool graphics, effects, very realistic and complex. Cinematography is good, too. The work of costumers and artists is always at the best level.
The result is a fun and exciting movie, which is pleasant to watch thanks to the introduction of a huge pile of different effects, but it is in terms of the plot that the film loses. I didn’t regret the time spent, but I didn’t get any satisfaction from watching. I recommend watching in general, a spectacular and rich film will not tire you, but rather energize you. Perhaps the film would have seemed better if there were no constant comparisons with the previous versions, and just comparing with the rest of the films in the Marvel universe, everything is not so rosy. Let’s hope things get better.
The last battles for the glove of infinity have died out and all that remains for the audience and heroes is to take a breather until the next phase of epic battles. And while this did not happen, you can enjoy watching the heroes more modest Hulkov, Torah and Iron Men.
It is, of course, about the younger hero, but one of the first in importance - a friendly neighbor Spider. A couple of years ago, thanks to an agreement with Sony, Peter Parker burst into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the hearts of viewers, again at home, in the caring hands of his father’s publishing house. Having survived 'Another War' his solo and epic 'Infinity', Parker could only dream of peace. However, evil is evil and scoundrels, as you know, do not take weekends.
The plot of the film unfolds immediately after the events of Avengers: Endgame 39; and focuses on Peter Parker, who got the opportunity to take a break and focus on his usual, more or less, life. Absent for several years into oblivion, the hero has to adapt to the new conditions of the surrounding reality. And the best chance to find the rhythm of his former life is a school trip to Europe, where Peter will be able not only to distract himself, but finally to get closer to his love. However, the appearance of giant Elemental creatures in the heart of the Old World will remind you that the Avengers do not have vacations.
Over the sequel to the adventures of a friendly neighbor, the same creative team worked, which gave the audience ' Homecoming' led by director John Watts and this is noticeable in every scene of the picture: ease of storytelling and corporate humor - what you need to unload your head from an incredible dramatic epic that left its significant mark in the cinematic universe. To some extent ' transitional' the film seemed just another bridge connecting the end of one phase and the beginning of another and has no such ' wow-effect' the previous picture, but at the same time ' Far from home' can not be called an intermediate blockbuster to fill the air, which could be dubbed 'Captain Marvel' or sequel 'Man - Ant'.' And, the fact that the scope of the paintings about the adventures of Marvel’s bestseller is not comparable to the bar of the Avengers team goes to Spider films only for the benefit, emphasizing his modest status as a protector of the city, while others fight for entire universes. And in this regard, our local hero is much closer to the viewer. Yes, and Spider-Man's enemies are human beings and less than a crazy Titan or an entire alien race. At the same time, the antagonists of the two films are much more original, interestingly spelled out and integrated than most villains in the ten years of Marvel comic book adaptations. Just as Michael Keaton came out of the magnificent Vulture, so Jake Gyllenhaal performed in the excellent role of Mysterio. And thanks to the efforts of the writers, the history and presentation of the antagonist not only reliably and organically fit into the picture, but also perfectly beat the topic of the importance of CGI technologies in modern show business and the tendency to manipulate public opinion and tastes - it turned out, as they say, to be the topic of the day. It remains only to add stunning graphics, special effects and branded action to summarize the readiness of the perfect entertaining blockbuster, which is sure to want to reconsider.
Pros: Plot, cast, script, production, special effects, action, humor.
Cons: No more than in any comic book adaptation. Perhaps someone could expect a wider sweep, but this is a controversial issue.
If I were to describe the film in one word, I would describe it as 'disappointment'.
Because there are interesting locations in the film, there is a charismatic Jake Gyllenhaal, there is the same (hereinafter subjective opinion) the most successful Spider-Man as Tom Holland. What did they do about it? That's right - thrown in the trash, but got out of there acting Zendai (M.J.) and Jacob Batalon (no one remembers his name, but if anything - this is the typical fat friend from any American film).
The first 1\3 film is a squalid and boring cuts 'travel'. I watched and felt like I was watching a teenage comedy from the 2000s.
Then we're introduced to Mysterio. At this point, apparently, someone snapped his fingers and all the characters lost -50 from the original IQ, because otherwise the exorbitant stupidity of their actions can not be explained, well, excuse & #39; this is a comic book movie' also will not roll - now is not the time when this genre of cinema was perceived as a naive action movie with heroes in tights.
'The love line' M.J. and Peter Parker caused embarrassment and misunderstanding of how such an axe actress was even pushed here, and although yes, it is Disney/Marvel... And Zendaya (M.J.) was one of the stars of the Disney Channel series. I get it now. The love line in quotation marks is written because even in the relationship and feelings of Happy and Aunt May I believed much more.
Mysterio’s plan was good, but alas, he didn’t expect Spider-Man’s IQ to be bigger than the size of his shoes, so we were waiting for constant, super dull scuffles shot on the planet After Effects and Adobe Photoshop (which was very striking).
The only thing I really liked and what was really beautiful was the scenes with Mysterio. You can see that they tried and put a lot of effort and imagination. And it’s a shame that Jake Gyllenhaal made his name in a Marvel movie like this. For me, this is an insanely talented and charismatic actor, but alas, even he could not draw a terrible script.
In short, this is the worst part of a Spider-Man movie. Even the dancing emo Tobey Maguire was much more comfortable to watch and this is not a joke.
