Finally began to appear ' Ryazanovskoye' cinema, which, despite the simplicity of the plot and the lack of special effects, forces from time to time to review and unwittingly smile in memorized moments. I think that this comedy will be a great addition to the already become a classic of the New Year's table ' Irony of fate'.
Director Zhora Kryzhovnikov continues a good tradition of comedies with Russian authenticity and every time he gets better and better. No longer is this vulgarity, which is present in ' Bitter '. Here, too, drink, beat, curalesi, but somehow kind, in Russian, as soon as we can, probably.
Star cast: Dmitry Nagiyev, Mikhail Boyarsky, Inna Churikova, Elena Yakovleva give the heat! Young actors also do not lag behind, especially I want to note the excellent bright play of the main character Yulia Alexandrova. It was also interesting to see the soloist of the band 'Silver' in the role of temptress - Olga Seryabkina.
Music. Favorite songs of the 80s are intertwined with quite modern works of pop music of recent years, creating an energetic cheerful accompaniment to the actions of the heroes. Also, several successful remixes in different arrangements make old songs sound new.
Despite ' windy' genre - comedy, the film makes you think about the real values that are in our lives, loved ones, parents, friends.
P.S. At the end of the film the whole cinema clapped and sang along, and it is expensive, I advise everyone to watch.
After watching the trailer, it was believed that this is a common creation of Zhora Kryzhovnikov, in the style ' Bitter'. But after watching, I realized it was much better. Thanks to this film, Russian cinema has stepped forward. Karaoke in this film is his savior.
There are a lot of jokes in the film that spoil the picture. But if you close your eyes to it, the movie is really good. The actors are not playing at a high level, but they want to believe. Julia Alexandrovna was especially surprised in this film. Although she remains the same hysterical from ' Bitter ' but in this film she wants to believe. Nagiyev played well in this picture, especially at the end. About the actress from the band 'SEREBRO' I can not say anything. In this film, she is nothing.
The plot for the Russian film is less. But the ending is clearly losing. I can't spoil it, but the ending of the film was mixed. It looks good, but I don’t know why. I want to highlight the main plus - karaoke. Making the hall sing along is a very good idea. I was disappointed by the small number of songs. That's what kept the whole movie going. There are times when you expect the characters to sing. And they sing at a decent level for Russia.
The main disadvantage of this picture is unnecessary heroes. Seriously, I only watched Nagiyev and listened to well-performed songs. All the same cons are observed as in ' Bitter '. But as I said before, if you close your eyes, the film will not seem so bad.
The author clearly wanted to create something new. But added to his film all the minuses of ' Bitter '. And if not for them, it could have been a very decent film, but alas, this did not happen.
In the end, I want to say that many people will not like this movie, but it is worth a try. This film, despite all its shoals, deserves its appreciation.

Before going to the movie “The Best Day” ask yourself: how do you feel about a pretty drunk person who sings a well-known song at the top of his throat. This directly affects your impression of the film, which is distinguished by an unusual genre of karaoke comedy. What is this?
For the comedy component here, as in the two parts of “Gorko”, the simple-minded Russian people with their eternal problem: they drink so that the roof is demolished. So do the employee of the traffic police Petya together with the Moscow pop star Alina, who crashed into his office car and decided to seduce him, and not only herself, but also alcohol. Tellingly, the young singer is the only female character in the film, drinking on a par with Russian men. Other female characters throughout the film only do that disappointed in them. Disappointed to forgive again.
All the characters in the film sing badly. The film enters into a direct dialogue with the audience. On the screen there are texts of popular Russian songs that are performed by the heroes of the film, provoking the audience to sing along. But why? The irresponsibility, impunity and hooliganism that takes place in the film? It's fun. A Russian character that changes dramatically under a degree? “They think I’m a fool and I’m just a funny person,” says the main character. It's funny to watch a drunk at first. If you look at it for a long time, it becomes embarrassing. But the bright and dynamic picture of the film, a well-assembled cast and large-scale dances to the music professionally distract from this repulsive feeling. The final part of the picture reminds that always after a stormy night there is a morning remorse. The one you live with, or the one you spill again. But whatever you choose, a hangover is always sad.
So if you want to drink without drinking, go for the Best Day ever.
I was a witness to a “great” historical event. Because he visited the first representative of the genre, in nature previously not existing - "Karaoke-comedy". It's an interesting idea, but you can't fool me. If you remove the lines from the songs that appear on the screen, you get an ordinary musical, which is millions. But this musical would be perhaps one of the worst representatives of the genre, because the musical is mainly made on the basis of very good works of world literature and has a thoughtful and catchy plot - from which in the end you will be absolutely delighted. But since it is Karaoke - comedy - and accordingly - another genre - in fact the only representative - so far nothing to compare.
I would like to describe the plot for clarity, but somehow there is no special desire to do it. From the final credits I learned that "The best day" has an indirect connection with the work of A. N. Ostrovsky "An old friend is better than the new two" and shows a schematic situation, as the main character before the wedding throws the bride, flattered at a girl from a higher class.
In fact, it turned out to be a comedy farce, a theater of the absurd, which is both good and not good at the same time. I will list the pros and cons of the picture, which personally caught my eye.
Minuses:
1. Plot.
Simply put, sucked from the finger - in fact - it is not there. Honestly, there are enough worries without a plot. We are also offered a hitherto unseen in Russian cinema - the viewer can sing in the cinema - singing along with the main characters - and at the same time not groaning from the sitting people next to the words "And it is possible to be quiet - you interfere with us."
2. Little karaoke.
That's really hurtful. Claimed as a movie in which you can sing — and in fact — lines with text do not appear everywhere. I would sing, but on some songs I just did not know the words.
3. The finale of the film.
Well, they didn't even try to do it. Happy ending is not just pulled by the ears - these ears just ripped off and put in the pockets of the viewer - with thoughts in your head - accept it as it is. I am 100% sure that everything in life would not be resolved peacefully and quickly.
Pluses:
1. Songs from the film.
Here is perhaps the most pleasant - the film itself is not remembered - and the songs that the actors sang - still mutter under the nose of the same Leps "The Best Day", "Battery", "Mother Lyuba" and so on. I liked these songs when they came out – and now for me they have experienced the “Second Birth”.
2. Humor.
The director once again (previous Gorky 1 and 2) shows just wild thrash - where the cursed alcohol is again to blame. But damn it, it's funny for the third time. So to say sticks to his directorial chip. Although here the boundary of permissiveness has been crossed and is observed (not always, but in places) truly chaos.
3. Operating work.
I just want to praise one scene. Song of the Day: I Will Survive. More precisely, not the performance - there it is for a three, but the shooting. It looks like this moment, as if everything was removed from one take without editing glues - and in this period there is a lot of interesting things - and the change of plans and unexpected turns in the clip - in general, here is bravo!
Neutral:
1. Actors. Someone is in their place, someone is just not needed there, someone can not cope, someone is at a height.
2. Clips. When a certain song is sung, everything is accompanied by dancing or other thrashing. Two of the most memorable clips are “The Best Day” and “Mama Luba” – truly wild in a good way. Remix of the Green-Eyed Taxi - left doubt, the final Indian dance ... well in general and well with clips and not so much.
Summing up some results, I will say a phrase that exactly describes this film - "Not a fountain, but there is splash." I’ve listed these tips above.
Cinema is not for everyone, cinema is for the amateur, go to it strictly with fun company. Honestly, I wouldn’t go there alone.
Comedy with an application for the status of “People’s” – which alas will not receive such status. I don't praise or scold movies. I put this pioneer of the genre 5.5 singing Nagiyevs out of 10.
5.5 out of 10
Judging by the trailer that I saw six months ago, I knew for sure that the movie will be very dynamic and fun, especially a new genre for our cinema called karaoke comedy.
And finally, the premiere of the film took place, we took tickets with a friend for the evening and when we came in stunned by how clogged the hall was, apparently, there was no free space. And so the movie began, the whole room laughed almost every 5-10 minutes, which we did. The characters of the film are so cheerful + a lot of good old songs in a new so to speak pitch sounded and even if some sang maybe not very, still turned out funny and funny.
Nagiyev, Seryabkina and Boyarsky I liked most of all, Nagiyev in this film did not resemble a physical assistant, sang very well, played a very colorful employee of the traffic police, Olga Seryabkina debut in the role of an uncouth pop star took place on all 100 points, Boyarsky here for the first time without a hat and lit also not childish. The rest of the actors are also a solid five, very laughed and created the New Year mood and mood of the day.
In general, summing up: a cool comedy in order to relax, laugh and even bother the main characters, and of course, sing along with them. The songs that the characters sing turned out to be very soulful that even sometimes I want to cry a little with joy. I will definitely watch this movie again, as it is very interesting, funny and with a new pitch. My expectations were met. Welcome!
You know, it's a good thing that you advertise. To some extent, the first teaser of “The Best Day,” which came out long before the premiere, intrigued me. The first karaoke comedy in Russia! I don’t think there were any in the world... But not the point.
My friends and I went to this film with the firm conviction that karaoke would be more frequent if not every 10 minutes. As a result, lines with words appeared only three or four times in the entire film. And it's mostly just choruses of songs. I don’t doubt that the songs are all quite famous, but, sorry, if you, dear creators, declared your creation as a karaoke comedy, you had to stuff the lyrics of the songs so that they at least became bad. Because of this, there was a feeling that something was missing in general.
But, of course, the movie is good. Moderately vulgar, although shining in almost every frame ass one of the soloists of the group “Silver”. Funny moments are also available - what is worth at least a drunk Boyarsky without a hat (!!!). And "drilled." Nagiyev, shooting an apple on the head of a socialite Alina, looks no less ridiculous.
Well, the script is basically sucked out of the finger. The ending is worth mentioning separately. Yes, the final cover of the song of the same main musketeer of the country “Thank you, dear” performed by the heroes of the film looks very cute. But, you know, the scene of reconciliation of the main characters. I'll be quiet.
I think the film worked its seven points. First, an attempt to create Russia’s first karaoke comedy. Secondly, a good performance of famous actors and singers. In general, I am pleased with the progress of our domestic films. For some reason, I am attracted to Russian films from time to time and often do not disappoint. I hope there will be more...
We have a lot of rich: y who — garage, y who — garden, y who — term. There's a choice!
At a time when the mad masses are arguing about the quality of the new part of Star Wars, which, without paying attention to it, is raking in millions, I visited a new film from domestic filmmakers “The Best Day” (I just went to the space saga).
At the beginning of the film, the style of the director immediately began to be visible, which he showed in his previous films Bitter and Bitter 2. Shaking camera, first-person shooting, etc. I was like, ‘Bitter,’ I wouldn’t say bad, I just didn’t want to do the same thing again. But still, the camera work was corrected and these switches to the amateur camera, albeit not always, but most often, were to the place and on the case.
I decided that I would sit with a sour mine to dig up to every centimeter of the film, in the end, I laid on him the responsibility of a substitute for the “Yolok”, a kind of New Year’s light guild.
I liked the movie for a number of reasons. As no such actors as Dmitry Nagiyev, Mikhail Boyarsky and Inna Churikova, as do the weather. But it wasn’t just them, the story was close to me. It takes place in a small provincial town, if not a village. Everyone knows each other and knows everything. The story itself is primitive, the main character proposes to his girlfriend, and after that he has a random connection with the star of the Silver group, and there it went and went.
This story is very close to me, because I myself came from a small town, was born and raised in it, and everything that happened on the screen was terribly familiar. All this gossip, a little bit inappropriate behavior of people and so on. In my opinion, very competently portrayed the characters, that’s right! With each draw a parallel to real life. I think it’s very plausible, and that’s why it’s interesting.
Of course, there will be people shouting to hoarseness that the film is bad and people do not behave like this and in general this is Russophobia. That is to say, most likely it will be residents of cities, and not small ones. They just never lived in the places where the film takes place, that’s all, so they are not close and do not touch.
Also, the pluses include a certain morality that you need to first think with your head, and then do things, but do things.
Of course, the film had distortions, overdoses and excessive thrash, but that’s fine, we write off the style and excessive enthusiasm for the process.
As a film, if you take the classical canons, it clearly does not take out, I would not call it directly a film, it is more like a large video clip with a plot, very high-quality executed.
Honestly, I will gladly review it again at home, for example, in the company of friends!!

The best day is a beautiful film, in an unusual format - "Karaoke Comedy", I have seen this for the first time. I will say that for the past few years I have not visited Russian films in cinemas, because the level of these films almost always does not correspond to going to the cinema. But this film really surprised me, and awakened kind and at the same time for good sad emotions. But everything in order.
The storyline introduces us to the inspector of traffic police Petr Vasyutin, who in life everything begins to improve. Great work, a beautiful bride and half a year in the “tired” of alcohol, it would seem that everything finally goes uphill, for the better, but all this collapses when the famous singer crashes into Petra’s car.
The plot, as for me, is very original, I have never, especially in cinemas, seen such a movie. In the film, the fourth wall breaks down, thereby producing a kind of interaction, a kind of game with the viewer, thus creating a sense of realistic presence. Of course, this film brings Russian modern cinema to a new, promising level.
The plot is not without flaws, again, exactly what I do not approve of is taken. Moral Alcoholization of the Russian People. I explain – this is not what came out of “fashion”, and even lost to the most ugly state, what was used in this film. A Russian man can’t have fun and even sing without a bottle of vodka. Why, in such a kind and truly friendly and good film, which, in my opinion, takes our modern cinema to a new level, again take the topic of alcohol in the Russian environment? Why? I don't approve of that.
I will note that the magnificent atmosphere that was put in the film, I really liked how they made the game with the audience. For the first time in my life, I was sitting in a room where people were sitting and kindly singing the songs proposed in the film, it was so strange and funny at the same time, so I suggest you go to this film with a friendly company!
The overall score is positive!
Acting here, the questions almost does not cause, except for some moments where the actors clearly fell short, and this confused me, because just that, the same person, played impeccably, and literally in the next scenes plays extremely poorly, as if they took the most unfortunate take.
Dmitriy Nagiyev played great, he always shines everywhere and splashes his distinct and wonderful charisma, which makes you believe that he really is one of the best actors in Russia. He created a stunning image that poured warm joy into my soul, Dmitry knows how to play such roles, well, at least spare him, his skills can not be taken away!
Yulia Alexandrova played unstablely, sometimes she amazed me with her emotional pitch, showing great emotions, on a very realistic level, and sometimes she was a little annoyed with her improbable game, which can be described as: “I have never done this before, I improvise.” I can’t say that I played badly, no – but the residue from such moments in her game is still there.
Olga Seryabkina played great, considering that this is her first film. The girl showed exactly what was needed and exactly how it was intended. I think that the role of a selfish bitch who does everything only for her own benefit suits her, maybe she played herself in real life and for this reason, she was given this job so easily, but it does not matter the main thing - it is the result!
I also want to mention a great man who made me very happy during the whole film - this is Mikhail Boyarsky, who is very respected by me and most people. A very memorable person, here he is the only one who with his charisma will crush and eclipse any actor, even such as Dmitry Nagiyev!
The overall rating of acting is positive!
The main star of the film is Dmitry Nagiyev.
At the moment, I note that it was very amusing how the Jedi lightsaber was made, from the rod of the DPS inspector, and I want to note very not bad, to see it these days is not such a complicated procedure, a sword to draw!
It was also interesting to watch the first-person view, when one of the heroines was walking around the city, I will say that I personally liked it very much!
Also, the songs used in the film, why is it very touching from the inside, especially at the end of the tape, the sadness of which delivers the final song is indescribable, I did not want to part with the characters of this film, and most likely I will go to this film again.
As a result, before you a very good and kind Russian film, which is not just possible, but you need to go with a kind and fun company of friends. The tape is clearly on the head above all other Russian "comedy", there is a very kind and fabulous atmosphere, diluted of course, sometimes with very black humor, which is not good. The atmosphere of the film is just wonderful, fabulous and unsurpassed! The song, which at the beginning does not mean anything, in the end drives crazy and instills sadness in the soul, I really did not want to part with this story, but I had to. Despite the shortcomings I mentioned in the review, this movie deserves attention, drop all stereotypes and go to the movies! The film should be viewed from a neutral point of view, because as you tune yourself into it, so it will be!
Appreciate what you have now and love your women!
Thank you all for listening, I have everything!

You know, a I liked it. But we need to understand the format.
But to do this, you need to move from the film critic and snob mode and understand the format, style and catch the main ' message & #39; Kryzhovnikov films. I deliberately looked independently and not biased, not looking for lofty ideas, but to my surprise, these ideas are present there.
A little background... Bitterly 1 watched and laughed from the heart, maybe due to the fact that I myself worked in the field of wedding cinema & #39; But a lot of things and features are noticed just by 1000%. Yes, as they say, a lot of vodka, simple dialogue, but if you look at it, all this is very popular and is shown in a rather positive form, unlike other Russian films, which shows Russia drinking endlessly with a current roof and falling off plaster walls. Yes, this is all reality, you can argue with it or not notice, but it is all there. But in my opinion, if it is to be shown, it is better in this format, and not in this way, when something collapses, someone is killed, positive and seeking the truth are fools.
Here we see a new format, popularly comedic, not strained, natural, showing ordinary people and simple life, without fictional gloss but also without negativity. What is also important for me is that the format is really new, not adapted from the West and not utopian-boring-dramatic, like most modern domestic films and TV series. The film is really kind, easy and pleasant. And he's got 100 percent of his format.
There are actually a few ideas in the film. Very well reflected moments in the stem format, what is the idea ' karaoke-comedy' given the popularization of karaoke clubs today and how their visitors there ' sing'. There is also a moral about how you can run after a fleeting fascination and lose your true happiness. In general, if you look closely, you can see a lot and draw conclusions. once again, especially I did not expect anything from the film & #39; ideological & #39;, and it is there, and in a very interesting saw. I also want to note a good ' detail ', attention to detail and second plans, everything is done at a height, again, within the format. A good cast, one Boyarsky without a hat that is worth, the role played 100%, Churikov, Yakvolev, Nagiyev, Seryabkin - all in their places and coped with the roles perfectly!
I will say in response to negative reviews in relation to the film - try to catch the format and do not look for in the film what it was not planned. In the film, the banter on reality is traced in everything, sometimes very subtle and it is not necessary to take everything so seriously and talk about the film as about the degradation of Russian cinema & # 39; There are different films, there are different formats, it is clear that this is not nominated for the Oscar, but these goals were not set. There was an idea, the idea was implemented, not poorly implemented. At least recently, more or less suitable Russian comedies, something I do not remember.
Overall, the movie is not bad. Easy, fun, kind. The impressions after watching are pleasant. Again, if you catch the format and not pick on it, it’s a very good movie. The score is difficult to put, due to the fact that I can not set the exact criteria for the film on '10' in this format, so let it be 8.

Is there something I don't understand about comedies?
Love, betrayal, hopeless vile drunkenness (that is, in snot), repentance, then the whole crowd of relatives to marry and reconcile, and forgiveness either out of pity or out of hopelessness. And at the same time: first ' I don't need you' and then the mother asked and once, a miracle happened, ' I forgive you'.
It's fun to ride a car, right in the breakaway. The girl from Silver and Boyarsky was pleased (only in the middle of his appearance I realized that he had no hat!).
In general, I was very reminded of the film ' Bitter '. And yes, I would like to get back my 2 hours spent watching the movie.
After the first “Bitter”, the success of which was an unexpected phenomenon even for its creators, its director Zhora Kryzhovnikov began to be called a bright follower of Gaidai and Ryazanov. Of course, this is a loud statement, but we will blame it on the sharply surging satisfaction of a certain number of viewers and critics who so lacked a good movie.
In fairness, I want to note that both the first part of “Bitter”, and its sequel were very good. There were certain good jokes, funny situations, and a thick layer of morality about the fact that family is invincible when united. Yes, in the frame fairly drunk, but it was written off by the creators that, they say, such are the manners in Russia. A sad conclusion, though not sinning against the truth. However, not every viewer was able to stoically recognize this side of Russian behavior. The authors have been accused of corrupting culture and degrading human dignity. We can argue endlessly about who is right, and we won’t do that now. One thing is for sure: those who are almost sick of “Gorko”, “The Best Day” can not be watched in any case.
Because although the director corrected the genre, defining it as a karaoke comedy, he did not change the concept of plot construction and shooting style. That is, if in the previous works of Kryzhovnikov, the characters drank, shed tears, committed thoughtless actions in order to eventually find happiness, then here all the above is present in triple doses. Only in addition to vodka, songs also enter the battle - another indispensable attribute of a cheerful Russian person. However, the musical numbers are well put. What is the sex-soaked “Green-eyed taxi” or I Will Survive performed by Julia Alexandrova filmed as a kind of response to the cameramanship of Emmanuel Lubetzky? The final remix of the song by Mikhail Boyarsky confirms earlier suspicions that we have a very specific heir to Indian cinema.
This applies not only to the songs, but also to the plot. To which claims and a third would not be so much if Gooseberry moved away from sharing in front of the viewer, who every three-penny show on TV perceives as a work of art. The morality of the whole fable is entirely based on the fact that every man deserves to be happy, and to every man must come into his hands what he wants. In the current situation in the country, when any of us wants some miracle, such a reception is a service. But only from the point of view of art, the service is bearish. It is not a fact that at the end of the viewing in the head of the public will have something other than endless screen drunkenness, and the song of Leps, bred in the title.
Or maybe the authors of the picture had no other task than to amuse the people with local nonsense? If so, we're sorry. Because the jokes here, if they do, are basically laughing through tears. More specifically, through shame. It is not very pleasant to see the heroine Inna Churikova, just not blushing with amazement for the behavior of young people. Or, for example, how to trample the character of Julia Alexandrova (by the way, the most convincing member of the acting ensemble).
In general, it's a shame for the female race. Let the creators dedicate the last words from the screen to the men as a parting, they still should have presented their screen representatives with a couple of life lessons, and not reduce everything to the reception of “god from the machine”. For that matter, everything in life is either not immediately happy, or the hastily assembled boat of love breaks at the first signs of life. And then the best day does not look so good.
Conclusion: as a production to which only the inscription "based on real events" is missing, another creation of Kryzhovnikov is poorly acceptable. As a Russian comedy aimed at the audience’s hearts open to miracles, it is also average. In general, this is a movie that sat on a creative twine. Let's leave him, let's move on!
5 from 10
“How can I forgive you?” – I appeal once again to the Russian cinema. If every time as a detailed portrait of “unwashed Russia” slip a vinaigrette of vodka and chaptushki with a mandatory (but inappropriate) happy ending and venerable Soviet actors as insurance against failure.
Zhora Kryzhovnikov is certainly a talented (a student of Mark Zakharov) and a consistent director. According to his works, he feels that he is worried about his homeland, worries about her fate, even shakes, like his floating smartphone camera. Take at least the rhyming with Pelevin metaphor (modern Russia is a standing train) image of a restaurant car with the option of karaoke.
It is difficult to attribute this film to any of the existing genres. It's like a thrash karaoke sketch. Russian hangover Monty Python.
As for the plot, this movie can be called our answer to the overseas “Notting Hill”.
The provincial viewer, of course, recognizes in the characters of this karaoke comedy someone from his environment, recognition and empathy will occur. The plot omission of the film I would call the fact that the characters themselves by the end do not change, and at the same time they are waiting for a happy ending, which they clearly did not deserve. So the educational component is zero. Although it is convenient to refer to the ease of the genre, but still ...
The novelty of this picture by the author is a contrived conflict of the capital’s glamour and some harsh outback. It is no coincidence that Zhora’s hinterland, unlike the same Sigarev, is not localized. And the conflict is not new, and does not add much color.
Clip editing and running karaoke line (as well as naked advertising in the frame), surprisingly, not annoying and quite appropriate.
Jokes are not the main thing. They could have been even better. And nothing brighter than promised in the trailer with rolled sleeves Boyarsky, wheezing about the “ability to plant”, we will not see in two hours. But the blasphemous jokes that slipped in the previous works of the director, you will not find here.
Overall, the movie leaves you in a good mood. Balanced karaoke track list, “sexually” singing Nagiyev, nanny Boyarsky with harmonica, singing himself – all this will remain in memory for some time, say: until the next picture of the author.
The obvious disadvantages include only the length of the film, as well as inappropriate, unwitting and adding nothing to the plot, twerking at the gas station.
P.s. After this film, the appearance of Nagiyev in a serious dramatic movie will not be met with unambiguous hostility. And admit to yourself that it might be curious (especially since it once was: see "Purgatory"), especially if you imagine it in conjunction with some of the good modern directors. After all, Yarmolnik in the role of don Rumata, few people imagined. Herman took a chance. And you didn't.

Going to the session, I was waiting for a film in the spirit of Zhora Kryzhovnikov and in my expectations was not mistaken. In the hall at the premiere screening (in the cinema) there were 10-15 people. They probably knew where they were going and why. I won’t spoil it, but I’ll say the following: you shouldn’t go to “The Best Day” and expect to laugh homerically. Dialogues are extremely close to colloquial speech, scenes from stand-up comedies are just as few. But the picture amazes with wonderful camera work, funky music and high-quality clips (although not all of them to the place). My viewing companion, who, by the way, did not watch "Bitter!" or "Bitter!-2!", came out after the session and said that the film was very sad, even if it was a comedy.
I think we should agree with that. But Pershin's creation is a story about our reality. About people who love to death and walk until they fall, sing to hoarseness and cry to exhaustion. It's about us and for us. He is like the third part of Bitter!, where something has gotten worse and something better, and it will probably be difficult for him to repeat the success of his predecessors from the above-mentioned dilogy.
But he'll take his niche. And the viewer will understand that Russian cinema is getting better day by day. And there will be a lot of “best” ones ahead.
They think I'm a fool, and I'm just a funny person.
With great caution I treat the work of Andrei Pershin, aka Zhor Gooseberry. The series “Kitchen” was too channel product, the first “Bitter” caused a gag reflex, but the second was much more interesting work, the entire impression of which was spoiled by the short film “Inadvertently”. Again, it is not easy to talk about his novels in Wonderland, too they resemble the spin-offs of Bitter. But “The Best Day” has attracted a lot of interest since the announcement of the start of filming.
For 30 km from Moscow lives an honest police officer Peter, which brings the devil with the visiting capital star Alina Whisper. The one, in order not to lose the rights to the car and other problems with the state, having drunk the unfortunate traffic police officer, decides to charm him. In the case interferes and daughter-in-law of Peter Olga, who is not going without a fight to give his man.
The creators of Gorky continue to bend their most realistic and popular line in modern Russian cinema. They took into account the comments of the public after the dilogy "Bitter" and in "The Best Day" gestures at times more thoughtful. At the same time, the mania for using the favorite topics of the people will clearly never end. This time everyone will be laughed at: people, both metropolitan and almost from the hinterland, law enforcement agencies, clips, the desire to sing and drink, and the authors of the favorite topic of marriage did not escape.
The script, as usual, is completely schematic. There are characters and types, which specific actors were known even before the start of work, and the images of parents were written with an eye on Inna Churikova and Mikhail Boyarsky, who, in the end, agreed to perform them. Authors, as usual, laugh at the already exhausted genre clichés and life and film problems. A quote and words for popular circulation, as always, there is plenty. The conversations of the heroes are written in extremely simple language, they manage to recall both the “Battle of psychics”, and “Fast and Furious”, and even walk through the rental competitor – “Wonderland”, thanks to the participation of Sergey Lavygin. But this time they went into a protracted peak with a drama that did not want to be replaced by a positive ending.
But here’s who in the movie on “the Best day” definitely should not go – it’s those who have at least some hearing. The authors filmed a movie about the common people, so everyone sings with tears, but exaggeratedly bad and not falling into notes. From this, not only the head can get sick, but also the mood will worsen. Be very careful. It is clear that these are the rules of the game. After all, buying tickets for the films of Andrei / Zhora, the audience for the most part is well aware of what level they are waiting for the cinema. Namely, for those who choose this film to watch in the movies, the authors launched a substrate and the audience can safely sing along to their favorite actors, well-known to each song. At the premiere, even the guards could not resist.
The camera work is set in the best traditions of the previous projects of Zhora / Andrey. Bright, tasty, not forgotten amateur and “accidental” shooting, as well as do not give them peace of laurels Naishuller with his “Hardcore”, so in the first person a couple of scenes still shot and for “the Best day” and the feeling that the camera is always on, too. The “people” of philistine filming, sometimes like watching a long YouTube video, is interspersed with completely unreal for our cinema achievements, the main of which was the longest scene without editing glues. Work on the clips, which replace the plot episodes, clearly was done a lot, because they are made at a very high level. The most spectacular of them was the number with a cover version of the song “Green-eyed taxi”. The beauty and expanses of our country are also shown in full. And the finale, where without him, was the Indian, common dance, so beloved by the audience of our country.
From the cast, I will highlight the already mentioned Sergey Lavygin, who now decorates any picture with his episodes. As he did in The Best Day and Wonderland. And he sings well, even though he overplays sometimes. Inna Churikova, Mikhail Boyarsky and Elena Yakovleva decorated the picture, strengthening the project with their successful appearances, and how they sing! Olga Seryabkina is the only one of the cast passed the tests, played very naturalistically, the creators fully worked out her external data, and the singer herself successfully reincarnated into the capital's bitch. Jan Tsapnik, a kind of mascot of Jora / Andrey, also lit up in a small episode. Dmitry Nagiyev moved away from his standard hero, tired of him, probably, only listening to the participants of the show “The Voice”, here he himself sings a lot and often. And Julia Alexandrova again played a well-known image to the public, albeit with nuances.
“The best day” will not be a pleasant bonus to the table for the New Year, that’s for sure, it came out too simple-minded and dramatic. But, as usual with the projects of Zhora / Andrey, people will be able to come to the cinemas and, turning off their heads, enjoy watching and even sing with like-minded people. It is a pity that this film year ends with such strange New Year pictures. I wonder what we deserve, the choice of producers for this New Year holidays.
