I've seen this movie twice. I liked it the first time, but I still recommend it. In principle, one could say that this picture is about the typical problems of fathers and children, about small people in a big city. But thanks to sparkling, witty, and sometimes brilliant dialogues, the story of Inadequate People is perceived as fresh, extraordinary and remains in memory. And inadequate people here are quite adequate, rather they are normal, but unhappy with their problems, complexes, “cockroaches” (as they now like to say).
The main characters are restrained, ironic, polite and reasonable Vitaly (Ilya Lyubimov) – a young man who makes an exceptionally positive impression on others and Kristina (Ingred Olerinskaya) – a schoolgirl and a boor who is rude to everyone, despite the family ties, position and age of people. It would seem that these people have in common? However, as the plot develops, everything is not so simple with Vitaly, and Christina’s human nature is not as repulsive as it might seem at first. Yes, and there is an interesting character - a psychologist played by Yevgeny Tsyganov, helping all these "inadequate" people in their difficult life situations. Sometimes, though, he seems to be mocking them rather than talking seriously. With his methods, however, he forces patient interlocutors to open up to themselves and others, try not to “legislate” themselves in existing problems, but to find a way out of them.
In general, the film leaves a bright “aftertaste” and gives hope and faith in the best, that it is never too late to improve yourself, and life is fraught with many pleasant surprises.
All books on self-improvement are reduced to the fact that a person from Beverly Hills advises a person in Magadan to get out of the comfort zone. (c)
I recently watched a TV show that discussed some of the most painful points of Russian cinema, namely, poor box office fees and the reluctance of Russians to watch Russian films. At first I was covered with a wave of righteous anger, because there were a bunch of Russian filmmakers visiting: Bondarchuk and Co, and I really wanted to come and tell them: guys, maybe we should just start making cool films. Then, reflecting on this problem, I thought about the fact that over the past year of the huge variety of films that I have seen (and this is almost all the premieres and something from the highly respected kinA), I can call more or less normal only 3. This led me to the idea that American films are probably not so good, just in our minds there is a certain cliche and we always look at Russian films in advance. And the stamp is actually getting old, at least for me, because I can name at least 10 Russian films released over the past 6 years that I really like. Of course, there are more good foreign films, but today the share of Russian films in the box office is about 15 percent, and foreign films are 85 percent. You do not need to be a hyper-mathematician to understand that even based on the figures of the films of the domestic producer just not so much. So what am I talking about? To a stunning, in my opinion, Russian film called “Inadequate People”. This film deserves to give our cinema another chance.
The main advantage of this film is the amazing sense of humor of the main characters. Thank God that there is no place for typical American humor, where the main character spoils the air and it causes an explosion of violent laughter. Jokes Vitaly, and the main person with whom he says all this, are worthy of a separate film. And in general, it was after this film that I realized how much Lyubimov is a cool actor.
Despite the large amount of humor, the film touches quite serious topics: death, guilt, the relationship between parents and children, the relationship between a man and a woman. We get acquainted with the main character who does not get along with her mother and does not want to study, and with the main character who is experiencing the death of his girlfriend and trying to deal with his own demons. They are both uncomfortable for society, but stunningly comfortable for each other. They understand and, most importantly, they don’t judge. They have a big age difference, but age is just a number. They do not save each other from the world, but help to reconcile with it, because perhaps this world is not so bad if they managed to find each other in it.
In general, if you need to recharge the positive and cheer yourself up, and at the same time give the domestic cinema another chance, be sure to watch this film, you will not regret it!

Sometimes films that have not only an interesting, but also a candid story component for the viewer, unfortunately, either do not reach the masses or are not appreciated. Such a fate was prepared for the film “Inadequate people”, which amazes with its simplicity, but at the same time makes you wonder – “Does love really have no boundaries?”
The plot of the film revolves around Vitaly - a thirty-year-old young man not very successful in life. Trying to escape from annoying problems in order to understand harmony, our hero moves from a provincial town to Moscow, but the problems only add to this.
"Inadequate people" openly shows somewhere human cruelty, somewhere unnecessary truth, somewhere kindness and sincerity, in short, all that is inherent in real life. But who is adequate these days? Moms who work for the future of their children? Children to whom the world is new and unknown in all its aspects, and the transition age is just the beginning? People who paid a high price for their mistakes? Everyone has their own oddities under these conditions. But this does not mean that you need to forget about love, about friendship, about family joys and finally about the real life, in which every moment is dear. This picture does not teach how to love. It shows how to fight for love, regardless of obstacles.
What does this movie do? Many will be close to the topic of misunderstanding of parents in relation to a teenager, because “What are mothers for us?” Mothers are those women whose work we do not appreciate, afraid to show some love, care. Moms are the ones we don’t always respect, whose advice isn’t always accepted, but they also want to participate in our lives. Don't they deserve it? But despite that, they still love us. We will not be alone because we are everything to them. Also the theme of friendship, which turns into love, but love is undesirable. For students who do not yet know this warm feeling, and for whom the priority is education, where every minute is valuable, there is no place for love. But the desire for something new, sweet soul is stronger than the cycle of everyday life with the acquisition of knowledge. Do not forget about the teenage youth represented in this film through the image of Christina. The difference between generations is that due to immaturity and life experience in abundance, we commit banal acts, because we seek help and advice not from those who have lived and know what is what, but from those who share our interests and help not with experience, but with a contrived theory. Perhaps this will be loved by both the younger generation and middle-aged viewers.
Acting at a decent level. Sincerity in revealing the images of the heroes, their motives gives cause for sympathy with them. The humor of the picture is also good and manifested in moderation, despite the fact that the picture is a melodrama. The actors make the whole movie laugh, and the jokes come out not below average.
If you are tired of a typical reversal of events without any element different from the others, then I highly recommend this film to watch.
Love of all ages is submissive.
I would like to meet the main characters of the film in reality, in Christina, I think I would fall in love.
As I learned, this is the debut of director Roman Karimov, and you know his film was very successful in many ways. The film keeps its special atmosphere throughout the film, however, flashbacks destroyed it, in this regard, I think the film would have enough and just memories of words (it would be more subtle). And at the same time, these flashbacks are somewhat reminiscent of the film “Dirt”, and some aspect of the behavior of Vitaly “Inadequate” is similar to the main character of “Dirt”.
The script was written by the director himself and the dialogues are built very well, a lot of sharpness in almost every phrase, but sometimes the dialogues sagged and became stupid. But, nevertheless, the sharpness in this film takes its toll and I laughed once every five to ten minutes (and it is actually very difficult to make me laugh).
I want to draw a parallel with another film, with Leon, the moment in the beginning, when Christina sits and smokes on the stairwell, and the fact that Vitaly and Christina actually lived together, like Jean Reno and little Natalie Portman. True, the end and compared to “Dirt”, and in comparison with “Leon” is completely different, and he is happy (happi-end), which still positions this film as a melodrama.
My biggest complaint about this film is the absence of that girl, Vitaly. It is clear that the memory of her inside Vitaly, but this is not visible, it is clear that he survived the accident, but you do not see the post-shock, but if not shock, then post-tragic state of the hero. And this is explained, I think, by the fact that the actors focused their attention on each other, and it really turned out very great, they are interesting, and the moments, as I said, are fun to watch.
It can be seen that the director did not quite find his language, but despite this, it turned out to be a quality, beautiful work (only the acting of the psychologist did not like it). As Holden told Selinger, if a book is good, you want to call the author, talk to him, so I have a similar situation. I would like to meet the main characters of the film in real life, and I think I would fall in love with Christina.
The theory of relativity, for all its complexity, is reduced to a banal essence - everything is relative. Domestic tapes of recent years in their mass average size tend to commercial claims of mediocre cheap crafts of a talentless shrubman. The arthouse direction of our visualists finds its viewer only among desperate cinephiles. For good reason, the group “GoodMood” jokes, describing the Russian cinema of the last 15 years as consonant with the phrase “full ***”. It is for this reason that Karimov’s debut film is perceived as a breath of fresh air in the smoky and suffocatingly impenetrable darkness of the best big rusts.
Based on a simple plot, the film takes for the soul colorful characters, irony, humor, sarcasm and a dosed amount of vulgarity, giving a note of realism. Templates apply here, even more so, all as one character are cliched, but this fact does not prevent you from enjoying role-playing games. This is a sitcom in miniature, a fair for everyday psychoanalysis, a museum of personal moments that each of us experiences during our lives, but do we notice them, do we appreciate them? Does adequacy end with love, or does it only blossom in us during periods of gloomy depression? Or maybe we are all inadequate in our own way, just seem quite sane in relation to others? And who can say exactly what traits characterize a person adequate, if our views and behavior can change under the influence of the situation, psychotropic substances and stress?
The film does not ask you serious questions and does not seek to lead you to thoughts, it just entertains you, allowing you to spend time in the company of the second half or girlfriend, as well as rejoice that not all is lost for Russian cinema.
“Age says nothing. Just as a serious person does not speak of having a mind.
I have been watching only Russian films recently. Our cinema is growing in front of our eyes, which cannot but cause a sense of pride.
“Inadequate People” is a picture by the young director Roman Karimov, which tells about the lives of two completely ordinary and at the same time unusual people. A picture with a small budget of $ 100,000, a limited cast and a large, limitless meaning. Roman Karimov not only performs here as a director, he reveals himself as an actor, screenwriter and composer. If you want to do something well, do it yourself.
Vitaly (Ilya Lyubimov) is loaded with life and tired of it. Confused, after the tragedy that happened to him, a person without a vector, looking for himself in himself.
Christina (Ingrid Olerinskaya) is a seventeen-year-old schoolgirl, smart beyond her years. Rebel youth, witty, confident and not trivial.
And what can unite two such different people in age and character? Right: endless loneliness, misunderstanding yourself and others, the search for a “place under the sun” and finally, a common staircase.
After meeting these two find in each other, what is so important for each of us to find mutual understanding. And here it is no longer important age, social status, city, country and opinion of others.
Bottom line:
“Inadequate people” at first glance a banal story once again reminds us of what really matters.
Doctor, do you believe that in life it is possible to have a huge amount of happiness, for which you will not even have to pay?
- Well, the main thing is not to think about this retribution, because it can be attracted.
You know, friends, in Russian cinema there are a number of films that are credited with universal philosophy and up-dramatism, although in fact these creations are a complete failure and display ratings due to a non-standard plot, well, or simply because it is now fashionable to praise any phantasmagoria.
I am infinitely surprised by the abundance of positive reviews, but, unfortunately, I could not see anything, even the meaning.
The first and most repulsive is Olerinskaya’s play, which was tasked with depicting a girl tired of the frailty of this world. In the arsenal of her feelings, indifference prevails. Alas, the main character looked more like a stoned Clafillin girl with rolled eyes. Showing anger, joy, sadness? Nope! Not a single emotion in an hour and a half of screen time.
Acting person-Christina (Ingred Olerinskaya), for unknown reasons, is disgusted with everyone and everything. Thinking of herself as Sartre, the girl pushes phrases from the public “Fuck normality”, throws ducks with stones, and people-cobblestones, rudes her mother for the fact that she is desperately trying to make her a person, has an affection for thirty-year-old Vitaly (Ilya Lyubimov).
Dialogues don't carry information. If one part of the high-society conversations is saturated with pseudo aphorisms (“What is the repayment for happiness, doctor?”), then the subsequent one is simply a vacuum.
- Are you asleep?
- No, and you?
- I am.
I do not want to be called a moralphag, but films should be instructive, especially if the genre is a drama. Unfortunately, the film “Inadequate people” demonstrates the carelessness of people. In other words, you can hurt loved ones, hurt others, schoolgirls twist love with adult uncles, regardless of the law and blame everything on inadequacy.
I do not know about the West, it may have become commonplace there, but our independent author’s cinema is gaining strength only in the XXI century. It is quite possible that this was influenced by political freedom, and the fact that, no matter how much we want, we are still technologically behind the West. But, one way or another, independent films are gaining momentum right now. And they do not appear only in Moscow. Why not? The audio and video stores are full of cameras and video cameras that allow you to shoot films for every taste. Techniques for filming - please, just pay. And talented young guys editors and other computer technicians, self-taught and not only we have enough. You just have to come up with an idea, make a plan, outline specific goals and ways to achieve them, write a script and forward and with a song - shoot your movie or video, which is not difficult to release on the Internet in a few minutes or hours.
Such projects include "Inadequate people". (It is enough just to look at the role of Roman Karimov in the creation of the film) Special praises on the eve of the premiere "Inadequate" were not sung, but as time showed - all those who watched it, took the film to "hurrah." Including your humble servant.
(By the way, the production center Paradise was related to the creation of the film, which is familiar by its influence on the independence and quality of Plato (2008).)
Nothing in the movie is superfluous. A specific apartment. Specific neighbors. Specific friends. A specific psychologist. Specific colleagues. Specific protagonists. Everything is very clear and simple.
Godlessly creative humor, which unfortunately by the end becomes less and less. A unique positive image of the main character. Not a stifling melodrama. A little drama. Vitality. Adequacy. Something new.
Among the famous are two acclaimed stars from "Don't be born beautiful" (Ilya Lyubimov and Yulia Takshina), as well as secondary ones from "Soldiers" (Zaytseva and As-Samaray). And also the fading Vlad Topalov. Among the little-known is a young, promising star Ingred Olerinskaya, which for 5 years has not achieved anything so significant. The rest are colorful, but little-known personalities.
It is impossible not to note the game of the main Lyubimov and Olerinskaya - they really hold the whole film.
Closer to the finale, the original comedy gradually flows into melodrama, but does not lose much. Very interesting dialogues - they are great. Operator – hardly so many close-ups and a trembling camera sign of high professionalism.
And also very much in time was Autumn Moscow.
Concluding his speech... If you watch a new Russian movie, it is like this. It may be obvious that it is not professional, but it is much deeper, more original, interesting and useful than everything that pours on our heads every week in the cinema.

Initially, this film attracted a trailer, which showed the good moments of the film. The name was intriguing. Not expecting anything, but only dreaming of having a little rest on a cold winter evening, I started watching this film.
I liked the abundance of quite possible in Russian reality unusual situations, which like to forget for example in Hollywood films.
I didn’t like how the psychologist worked. I would say it can form a very negative opinion about the profession. Sometimes there are silly clichés from typical Russian cinematography and they didn’t like it either.
The actors did not play well, but they just fit in and create the right atmosphere. Outwardly calm main character and silent closed rebel girl. Together they create funny situations, which, if not interesting, then amusing to watch.
Something brilliant from the film should not be expected. Those who want to spit again in Russian cinema will find many reasons to do so. Some messages seem dubious when you think about them. But the main reason why the review is green is a lively atmosphere. Made with the soul and played as well. may not like these souls, but they are alive.
One day, flipping through the news feed in one of the social networks, I saw a selection of frames from a movie. And I have this peculiarity that I can watch a movie just because I like the title or because I like the shots. "Inadequate people" attracted me precisely with the shots. There was something warm and cozy in them. You see yourself right away. I was pretty sure I would like the movie. In spite of the fact that recently I had the motto “I don’t like Russian films”.
Ilya Lyubimov I like since the days of “Don’t be born beautiful”, despite the fact that he played an evil brother, the actor was incredibly attracted to him. In Inadequate People, he plays such a kind kind man, with such a sexy voice that it is not even surprising that almost every woman in the film tries to seduce him. All he has to do is refuse everyone.
“Inadequate people” will appeal to those who love the theme of the “forbidden fruit”, or who are sensitive to the topic of age difference. A schoolgirl and a 30th man fall in love. And it's so wrong that it shouldn't be... Yes, everything is typical and as always, but those in this topic can watch such scenarios endlessly.
In addition, this movie is for those who like when a woman is rude, a cynic, loves irony and sarcasm, and a man is good, kind and brings this girl to himself. I love these main characters. Whatever you remove, I will watch and get high from each such scenario as the same as it would not be.
I love the movie. I really liked it. I don't know if he's going to make it to the second screening, but the first one was really nice. “Inadequate people” can be safely recommended for viewing, even such ardent “I do not like Russian films” as I do.
Good actors, witty dialogues, interest in what will happen next ... this courage of the main character, soulful throwing of the main character ... looks easy and interesting. This is an amazing movie that deserves 9 for sure.

I want to say right away that the film was a success! The writer and director have a great sense of humor. The actors played on "Hurrah!", and the idea, the idea of the film is very original. All an hour and a half before us ridicule or present from a comic point of view human shortcomings: perversion, weakness, selfishness and indifference to the environment. The film fully matches its title "Inadequate People", even the end turned out inadequate, which is also a small plus for this picture.
In this work, the highlight is the images, characters of the main characters or characters, without them, the film will be boring, uninteresting, so before the actors - Beloved Ilya (Vitaly), Olerinskaya Ingrid (Kristina), Evgeny Tsyganov (psychologist), Yulia Takshina (chief editor of women's heroes), you can be completely involved in the main role in the game. And they did, as I wrote above. And now I will describe three characters separately and briefly, because they deserve it.
Vitaly is a deer, not because I saw him like this, but because this is the kind of hero Roman Karimov (writer and director) wanted to see in his work. Vitaly is an intelligent and educated person, he keeps his schedule, does not change his principles, but he is a deer, he cannot refuse someone’s request, he can push the female gender around them as he wants. Comic, positive, bright character who gave the viewer great pleasure during the viewing of the picture.
Christina is a detached girl, she is still in school, she is tired of her relatives, and she tries to do something unpleasant in every way, so long as she is not touched and molested. She does everything against her mother and tries to stand out among her friends. Because of her character and behavior, she gets into many comic situations that are played out in the film.
The editor-in-chief of a women's magazine is the boss with a capital letter, but this woman can't control herself when she meets good men like Vitaly. And all the fault of her perverse fantasies, latex, sadomasochism. Especially she does not like when she is denied, I will not spoil what happens to her at the same time.
I hope that my review of this film could interest you in it, and you can spend some time watching this movie. I definitely recommend everyone to see it, you will enjoy it. The only thing you may not like is the end, but it makes sense.

The sad first. Most of the viewers closed their eyes to the brittleness of the plot - a rebel teenager and his newly-minted moral teacher, only here, unfortunately, went much further, but about this below.
Such an old-fashioned script transferred to our everyday life was supposed to give a black woman, like no Nasna film, but the glory of the creator of this picture, such a thing did not even happen. It was all teenage, petty hysterical, a kind of struggle for freedom of action, very typical of the age of the main character.
All this is diluted with a good portion of humor, which will not leave anyone indifferent. Even if you do not laugh, you will definitely have to smile, this is a very rare case of good irony.
I watched the film the second time, and I noticed that after the first one I was absolutely delighted, so the eye noticed a few minuses. For example, some characters were too caricatured, which deprived the picture of originality. I also didn’t like the ending, it’s absolutely implausible and devoid of any future.
Of course, I will recommend the picture for viewing, this is a worthy representative of Russian cinema, which definitely deserves the attention of the viewer, especially those who are negatively inclined to our cinema.
I wish everyone a pleasant viewing!
Lately, I’ve been seeing this movie more and more in my social media news. I noticed that the main role is played by Ilya Lyubimov himself and decided to look at the search page. There was no limit to my surprise, such a high rating, and even so many positive reviews. I couldn't believe my eyes. I decided to check the veracity of such a high rating myself. As it turned out, this is not a film about inadequate people, it is rather inadequate people were shooting this picture. From the first minute, you realize you're in a disgusting, half-black movie with a low budget. So low that the viewer can enough seasickness from the ever-shaking camera in the hands of the operator.
This whole story and script is literally saturated with falsehood. It's not like that in life. Just think, what normal mother will allow her daughter a teenager to “play” with an adult man in the neighborhood, who is also treated for aggression? What kind of American party did the main character do? There are no such parties in Russia that people sit on each other’s heads and there is no place to fart. All, absolutely all the characters cause not just disgust, but hatred for themselves, for their stupidity, for their appearance and playfulness. I think that for this hatred, the audience should thank the actors themselves, they play out of hand badly. The exceptions are: Ilya Lyubimov, Yulia Takshina and Evgeny Tsyganov. The rest, literally stabbed to death, look at them just disgusting.
Disgusting and actress and main character. Where's the drama, where's the tragedy, where's the drama in this girl's play? All zero! And those half-closed eyes of her all the time and faked pofigism are just a nightmare. There are no such teenagers, there are either aggressive or downtrodden, and high-headed without drugs - do not happen.
Ilya Lyubimov is a wonderful actor, with a bright appearance, immense talent, why he got involved in this story at all. It's a huge, fat, black spot in his career. I can’t say anything bad about his performance in this film, but the jokes he was asked to say in the film don’t fit his type. And in general, the character is not his, although he did not cope well with the task.
Speaking about the budget, it seems that Mr. Kukushkin’s budget was cut so much for this picture that there was no money for makeup and cosmetics for actors. You cannot look at Julia Takshina without tears. Everyone remembers her burning brunette, with a stunning figure and always impeccable face and hairstyle in the series “Don’t be born beautiful”. Now it looks like a tattered chicken. I would like to repeat the question I asked Lyubimov. How did you get into this?
Don’t look for a deep meaning in this film, it’s not there. The creators hide a lack of budget, imagination, experience and a sense of beauty, under this mystical deep meaning. Stupid script, inexpressive, weak actors and disgusting camerawork, that’s what awaits you in this film. Is it worth watching? To make sure that my words are true and not to cripple your psyche, watch the movie on fast-forward, the words are not important, even the jokes are flat.
He wants to watch, follow the lives of the characters in the frame (and not the acting), listen to dialogue. And dialogue is good. Good simple and understandable to the modern viewer humor, good and directness and natural roughness and hesitation ... That's fair! It's very rewarding.
Individual characters are a little schematic and caricature, but the film is a light melodrama, without tear, without claims, without a particularly deep or confusing plot, but how delicious!!! And primarily thanks to the duo Lyubimov and Olerinskaya, thanks to dialogue.
By and large, the film is not about forbidden love and not about ' about the times of mores' but about the origin of feeling, about how it gains strength and like a sprout breaks the asphalt of social and cultural barriers, conventions. There are very subtle moments, well played. For example, the insecurity of the main character behind the mask of complete confidence (as usual in adolescents), a change in the relationship between mother and daughter, and in the last scene of a conversation in Christina’s kitchen with her mother is already a complete understanding and acceptance of each other.
The budget of the picture, comparable to the price of not the most expensive executive sedan ... does honor to the creators. And let there be a dozen more expensive cars on the roads... and more such films.
A great movie, try it.
Let's put it all together and make a movie for teenagers.
Let's figure it out.
Stupid girl-hamka-underage, which, despite her ' deep and subtle' mental structure, ' no one understands'. Everyone crams a theory about what a tall personality she is, who is tired of the morons surrounding her, while surrounding herself with people she apparently got from the bottom of this bag ' surrounding her imbeciles'.
An adult, healthy man, who needed a personal tragedy to start the plot, the consequences of which with the help of a ham-kid, underage girl will have to overcome. Since the writers are lazy to think, they took the tragedy, the explanation of which can be limited to two sentences and the reflection of an aunt with thinly plucked eyebrows in the mirrors - ' the ghost of former love'.
A single mother who occasionally appears at home so that a hamka-juvenile girl can demonstrate the ability to accuse her mother of dragging an idiot daughter and trying to get the last way out of the state of amoeba-somnambula-zombie.
' Humor psychologist' who does not understand life and is only engaged in wiping pants (this is according to the creators of the film). I want to note that the attempt to create a feeling of cynical mockery over the wisdom of this specialist failed: the jokes are not accurate, sitting ass is too ostentatious, that he will later turn out to be an idiot, you can predict at the beginning of the film.
And, of course, the boss, who for some reason obsessed with our disillusioned in the life of the main character, as well as an aunt-secretary, describing how cruel adult life is: children do not go there, you will get an alcoholic husband, an idiot child and a nasty mother-in-law from jokes.
The finale of the film is the dream of any teenage girl - the love of an adult man with a pleasant appearance and timbre voice.
I would be surprised if anyone over the age of 16 liked this movie.
Against the background of the interior from the 90s, the office, which is a collection of all the shortcomings of any work, as well as just an adequate perception of the surrounding world, all this ' personal struggle' the main characters seem wretched.
Considering that this film is a collection of all sorts of clichés, that the acting game is simply terrible, that the plot about how a spoiled hamka-baby girl met her dull thirty-year-old obsession, horribly takes away from the viewer almost two and a half hours of life, and there are no good soundtracks in it (Peter-FM, for example, they saved) I put this film.

I saw this picture recently and was pleasantly surprised. I did not expect this from modern Russian cinema, because except for the paintings of the Quartet ' I saw almost nothing worthwhile.
The film is fascinating from the first frame. This is the everyday life of ordinary Russian people with their problems. I like the dialogue that is the main part of the film. There is no action and special effects in the film, but there is a good drama with great dialogue. Through dialogue, characters are revealed and we learn who is who. Most of all, I liked the main character Christina - brisk, aggressive, direct, but at the same time has its own principles, knows how to set priorities. The protagonist Vitaly is an interesting character, initially appears before us exclusively in a positive light, but as you know ' in a quiet pool ...'. Also remembered is the Psychologist and his dialogues with the characters - so instructive, so vital and so dramatic. The others don't seem to remember. The film is filled with philosophy and drama. It is very interesting to watch an hour and a half pass unnoticed. Acting is not bad either. The film, like any other, is certainly not without flaws, but after experiencing the whole range of emotions, you simply do not notice them. Of the shortcomings, I can distinguish - too sweet ending.
In general, if you want to see a good drama with meaning, then please recommend watching.
My assessment
Methodology: How to behave in inappropriate situations.
One cold, unremarkable evening, I came across this movie. About one o'clock in the morning I decided to look at what I was doing. I wanted to watch a movie and sleep. But it wasn't here. Well-chosen dialogues, vivid stories from our everyday life, dragged into their reality. In the end, I’ve watched “Inadequate People” again!
Literally from the first minutes, on a subconscious level, I became interested in the plot and wanted to watch the film to the end. Why? Because this is our real life. Surely each of us faced situations that were baffling and at such moments do not know how to react to it. You live your normal life, and strangers consider you inadequate and it is mutual.
The main character - Vitaly, like many, is trying to escape from himself, from the past. To do this, he goes from a small city to the capital, by acquaintance, rents an apartment, finds a job. Ordinary life. He just wants to live, or rather not live, but live. He does not strive for any relationship, including service or any other romances. People with whom he somehow encounters in life, begin to penetrate into his world. Then the neighbor asked to look after the daughter of a schoolgirl, then a colleague told him about her problems, then the boss looked after a new employee for her secret erotic fantasies.
At this time, the usual drama unfolds in one metropolitan family. A teenage girl is rude to her mother, she absolutely does not want to study, hang out, friends... Kristina is not stupid, but her mother never has time for her. The teenager lives in the modern cruel world, where expensive cars, cool restaurants, “sponges bow”, “house browsing”, and she is different. How do you find yourself in this world?
How do important meetings happen in life? Quite simply. Someone runs away from himself, someone on the contrary, tries to find himself.
What's wrong with that? That's it! The world of each of us is inadequate. Every picture in this movie is a small story. The story of ordinary people, lucky and not so. This is especially evident against the background of developing sociopathy. You want to be alone, and around, on all sides you are drawn into their lives by strangers, sometimes even forcibly.
By the end of the film, you realize that we are all equally inadequate. Each of us is running from something, each is looking for himself, each is alone. Everyone has the right to do so. The director allowed himself to tell just about complex things. Excellent work!
Can you call yourself normal? What to do when the environment seems so unhealthy that you look for another normal person to laugh with him, but you do not find anyone?
Roman Karimov, in his seemingly comedy, poses questions that many face every day. The boundaries of normality are different for everyone, and if in small cities and in closer communities it is easier to determine the degree of reasonable, then modern megacities are a real melting pot of depression, various mental disorders and general misunderstanding.
The main character of the film collects his life on the fragments, the life he broke with his own hands. He's learning to control his anger, trying to get better, but it's not easy. The world is filled with very sick, very angry people, and it would fit in much better. Everything seems strange with the protagonist’s eyes, but each of us, looking at the world from our own angle, would most likely take the hero for an incomprehensible autistic and would christen the same word.
Roman Karimov does not portray everyday life in black, on the contrary, he chooses an optimistic and condescending angle of view. People who seem so sick are not disgusted, and many may find their own traits in them, understand their irritability, and empathize with specific issues, such as strained relationships with parents or post-marital disasters. The plus is that the everyday black woman does not have to self-knowledge, while the light tone and the desire to laugh at yourself is much more productive.
The opposition of the hero to the rest of the world does not cause rejection, because he does not impose his point of view on anyone, but tries to understand both himself and others. He is no better or worse than others, so he patiently treats the girl who is tied behind him, rude and straightforward, but for whom he himself is the last support that does not allow him to slide into the abyss of self-destruction. It is also an outlet for him.
All heroes have their own problems. Everyone is emotionally depressed. Karimov tries to model the everyday situation when people are looking for a way out, but fall under the weight of the past or the present. She can't find a language with her mother, he's responsible for a family tragedy. Both visit the psychoanalyst, who gives more and more advice, accumulating as a lump.
By showing people’s everyday problems, Karimov pushes the conclusion that we should give a second chance and listen to each other. In the end, the psychoanalyst plainly says that happiness must be fought for. This is a very banal plot, but due to the realism and earthiness of what is happening on the screen, it is perceived not as something detached from reality, but as a simple truth that is so difficult to follow.
This is the positive charge of the film. Showing the viewer himself from the outside, he does not poke shortcomings in the face, but wraps them in the form of simple human weaknesses that can and must be overcome. This is not so-called everyday realism, smeared with black paint for a cheap drama like Guy-Germanica’s Everybody Dies and I Stay, but it inspires hope for a wide audience in the best sense.

First of all, it should be noted that not all Russian cinema is associated with quality films. Looking at this, it seems that Russian cinema has its own era of revival. And all this is due to the fact that everything brilliant is simple. And this category fell into this everyday picture of Roman Karimov, who also created the script. The plot does not focus on itself only because it shows typical for us “household” and pressing problems of our people. Comparing this picture with the West, the phrase comes to mind: “In America – life, and we have life!”. And she describes it perfectly. In the cycle of events fall "familiar" faces from "Don't be born beautiful." It is worth noting that the cast is selected very qualitatively and rationally. They were all in their grooves and showed themselves. Lyubimov, fit into the main role wonderfully, with his charm and of course the voice, which so fits the characterization of his character. At the same time, Karimov’s emphasis on human relationships is fully justified. Without excessive demonstrativeness and pathos inherent in the modern world, he “baked” for the audience the real world, which consists of a mix of good, evil, aggression, hypocrisy. The quote for this movie is “Everyone has their own demons.” It reflects all the characters from the film, as if showing the versatility of the human person. For example, the same Vitaly, very much tried to change his life and at the moment it could even seem that he is quite a positive person, not capable of doing evil. But as we all know, we attract our kind. He was tempted again and again by fate to return to his origins, to his nature, to be real. But he deliberately decided to change his life, and in this he was first helped by his friend, who, fortunately, is also a psychologist. At first glance, he seems like a man who has everything wonderful and no problems. “Every psychologist needs a psychologist.” And this phrase did not pass by our hero. Feeling like a king in the "psychological realm," he needed a personality to bring him down from "heaven." And here comes to the aid of the boss Vitalik - Marina. Complements the picture and problematic teenager – Christina performed by Ingrid Olerinskaya. For her in the movie, it was her first role and you can say that her debut was great. This is due to the fact that she showed, let’s say, a reflection of the problems of her age and it was relatively easy for her to demonstrate this.
Summing up, it is worth noting that the film was noted by the public from a good side. The audience appreciated the film with several high-profile awards, which quite rightly went to the participants, who, in turn, remain on the laurels of success and enjoy their creation quite deservedly.
Another masterpiece eruption of the “talented” volcano of Russian cinema.
The film was recommended to watch a friend who has quite a good taste. It's a shame, it's a shame, that at that moment I forgot that there was no argument about taste. I went to the search page, glimpsed the information about the film, the red line “Rating of film critics in Russia” jumped in the eye, but user ratings said the opposite.
I just saw a lot of positive reviews and was surprised. The movie is empty. There is absolutely nothing in it - no interesting idea, no quality acting, no more or less catchy details. From the very first seconds of the film, the phrase stuck in my head: “What kind of idiocy am I watching right now?” But due to the fact that the film is very light and does not carry any semantic load, time flew by quickly, and I was driven by curiosity - what will be there in the end? I mean, I never thought Vitalik would stay with a schoolgirl.
Well, I may be a man woven of stereotypes and prejudices, but even if you kill me, I can’t understand how you can “make” a romantic out of a relationship between a grown man and a schoolgirl! I don’t want to say loudly that it’s wrong, because there are different situations in life, but in the film it looks crazy. It smells like an article. Yes, if something like this happened somewhere in the surrounding courtyard, this story, the main characters of which would be grown-up Lolita and her lover Humbert, grandmothers on benches would suck to the bone this hit of everyday gossip. What about the parents?
On top of that, it's worthless, just zero acting. One gets the feeling that all of them were just taken and brought to the set, read the script and commanded: “Play!” Heroes do not sympathize, do not worry about them, and they do not even piss off - hopeless. Constantly sluggish, murdered face of the main character, the general melancholy mood of the picture is a boring and viscous lifestyle of all the characters, a routine that presses on you directly from the film. That's the only thing that got caught. In a bad way. So the mood is not good, but you want to go and hang yourself only because the atmosphere of the film is saturated with viscous, absorbing lethargy and despondency. That's the paradox. It looks easy, but at the same time the routine of the picture is straining.
The story of this couple did not touch in any way. What the hell is a schoolgirl and a grown man? And even in such a repulsive, unromantic form, and even with such characters! However, there is no need to talk about morality, since the very title of the film seems to justify all the action taking place in it.
Don’t try to read between the lines, look for meaning in the film, any philosophy is a blank! Come on! I won't get tired of saying that. Perhaps, if there were not so many positive reviews, I would pass by, calmly clicking the one deserved by the film, but alas... Another masterpiece eruption of a talented volcano of Russian cinema! Bravo!
"Only when I went to school, I immediately sent a teacher in English, with the whole class, now she does not love me."
Yeah.
I usually watch the works of Russian cinema only on someone’s advice or out of my special interest. The film “Inadequate People” was recommended to me and proved to be a very high-quality product. But whether I find fault, or I see in the root - the product seemed raw to me.
Plot. He's gone. We do a lot of these films – about everything and nothing, without the development of events based on dialogue and the disclosure of characters. Only in this case, nothing happened at all. It was a tedious spectacle of a grown man harassing a minor, and it's kind of a hint of a love story. I will not discount the picture for the lack of action, sometimes it is not needed, but, honestly, I really wanted to turn off this nonsense.
Characters. That’s one of the reasons I didn’t like the tape. For some reason, according to modern Russian directors, teenagers now look like Kristina. Confused, audacious, boorish, crazy. I may be walking the wrong streets, but I have never met anyone like the main character. Where did you see a young girl show up to her adult neighbor for any nonsense, make him do something, and even give advice? Where did you see a thirty-year-old man get attached to a stupid schoolgirl and run around with her like a crystal vase? Where did you see people from the Caucasus taking errands to the same schoolgirl? Yes, the situation is so absurd that you can say about it “well, like in the movies!” Like in a very bad movie.
Message. This film too clearly states that it carries a high moral connotation. About the mentality of modern urban dwellers, about the promiscuity of teenagers, about the baseness of adults. But it was presented so implausibly and one-sidedly that the comrade director flew over with a message.
Actors. No complaints against Lyubimov. To Olerinskaya - on the contrary, one claim. Her character is so pretentious that it is impossible to get rid of the feeling of playfulness, even when she just looks at the partner in the frame. It is no wonder that the career of the actress is not dense.
Antourage. Everything was superfluous here – and these muted tones of the picture, and strange, slurred music, and the sound of dialogue (it is something special, you will understand). It is very noticeable that the director tried to make his film extremely inadequate, about strange people, about strange actions, about strange thinking. I was just bored.
Final. I clutched my head at what these hours and a half of supposedly intelligent and philosophical dialogues turned out to be — by the way, write down the characters’ phrases in quotes. I thought it was a movie about ordinary people. Or are we really talking like that and I just didn't notice? It's a shame of wasted time.
Many people like the movie, so it’s up to you to watch it or not. Taste and color, but my taste says no to such masterpieces.

In recent years, creators from Enjoy Movies and Comedy Club Production have discouraged any desire to look towards Russian cinema. Independent filmmakers who portray the reality of Russian people as eternal family problems on the basis of alcoholism and / or drug addiction added fuel to the fire of hatred. However, a huge number of positive reviews from both ordinary viewers and film lovers with experience forced me to step over my own skepticism and evaluate “Inadequate People”.
What did I get? Charging a good mood? Hardly. The never-ending sarcasticness of a teenage girl isn't much fun when you can listen to it every day in real life. Social drama? Well... Maybe. But who can say that the problem of fathers and children rises for the first time? Same thing. Melodrama? Don't know. I didn’t want a schoolgirl and a grown man to get together. The film was excellent by the standards of Russian cinema. But it's far from a masterpiece. If such directors as Roman Karimov continue to work in this direction, then we can assume that the foundation has already been laid.
Speaking of Karimov. In addition to the director's chair, he took the place of the composer in the film, and the place of the editor. Special praise to him for this, because the soundtrack in the film is really pleasant and always fitting, which is rare for modern Russian realities. The picture is also pleasant, the camera is static, then dynamic, so viewing does not cause fatigue. You could have...
The characters, in my opinion, came out quite typical. Vitaly, who has undergone a course of psychological rehabilitation and behaves extremely restrained? Bradley Cooper from "My Boyfriend is Psycho" was more convincing. A nymphomaniac boss? It seems that Jennifer Aniston from “Bad Bosses” was more hilarious in this role. I liked the hero Yevgeny Tsyganov, but he was given not so much time, and therefore the saturation of the episodes above.
Despite the scenery, the actors themselves played very well. And you begin to believe that not only Bezrukov rich our schools.
The plot is not something complicated, but here questions to the writers arise in the course of the plot: Why didn’t the protagonist, being in a relationship with his beloved woman, know that she would be in the same bar with her brother? Without this omission, there was no suffering. What's with the cashier at the supermarket? Of course, these are all nitpicks, but such small things catch your eye.
Bottom line: Russian cinema is not dead, but as long as our cinemas are playing what is profitable, not what is right, there will be very few people like the main character on the streets, and more and more idiots like “one-legged”.

The main thing is to find someone as crazy as you.
I decided to watch it a long time ago as soon as it came out, and since then I have watched it 4 times. It only proves that the film is very good. Sweet, exciting, touches on many themes from everyday life and hidden corners. Each of us has our own strangeness and personal pain that makes us inadequate, which is the main idea of the film, in my opinion.
Vitalik, who has his skeletons in his closet in real life, looks like a decent, patient and with a good sense of humor, but his memories prevent him from blending into the image he himself invented. Christina, in turn, is a girl who can not cope with her anger and can not throw it out, but she does not hide her, unlike Vitalik, she directly says that she worries. There is something bright in this fuss, two wonderful people find each other and nothing unites them except one thing: inadequacy. Vitalik, 30, and Christina, 17, gave me a very simple truth: “The main thing is to find someone as crazy as you.” The beauty of the film lies in the ease that it brings, you are not sucked into their problems, which in theory should be, on the contrary, somehow everything is surprisingly easy and easy, although you still empathize with the characters.
It is impossible not to note how successfully the main character was chosen, I can not even imagine someone else in her role, she managed to perfectly embody her role, I can not even believe that in fact eleven-grader Christina exists only in the film. The main character also pleased me, he also played well and in principle I have no complaints about him, but still in the role of the main character I could imagine someone else.
In conclusion, I want to say that the film is definitely recommended for those who have or do not have a mood, for any age (preferably 16+ of course, since there are, to put it mildly, rude speech statements), or for a person who requires romance, or for couples in love. It doesn’t matter who you are, because everyone will find their inadequacy in the film.
The review is positive:

(-2 points for Arthur and Nina, who personally did not please me with their immorality)
Given the skepticism of Russian cinema, it would be logical to start with the flaws. This (and who would doubt that) is the script, or rather the part of it that relates directly to the plot. The end was clear from the 10th, exactly as the mountain would go to Mohammed. The other parts were really good.
Dialogues were distinguished by some filigree without losing their everyday simplicity, a kind of chess blitz, when everyone understands what he wants and all moves are generally thought out, but, to estimate properly, time does not allow. At the same time, they are all quite ironic, kindly, on a worker-peasant basis, without sparkling, of course, but above the belt - very folding, and according to Stanislavsky, they eventually succeed, because I really see living people in them ... or still not? Pretty quickly you start to come up with some trick. Something imperceptibly, but intrusively presses on the viewer - some invisible press, despite the apparent simplicity of what is happening. Everything is still easy and uniform, but the function is somehow not differentiable. And at some point the epiphany comes by itself - all the characters are almost ostentatiously emotionless, and not only that they get it completely imperceptibly - they are so naturally harmonious in their detachment, and all emotions are still very obviously read in words, gestures and actions, so this monotonous timbre of voices does have a completely hypnotic effect! This is not some already worn-out trembling camera, increasing the effect of presence is much simpler ... or more complicated - the result is just some spherical heroes in a vacuum. Such non-malicious sociopaths - say what they think, act as they know, like a notebook in a line. It is difficult to say what the director intended, but this is surprisingly similar to the characters, they quietly rise a couple of steps to the side - not yet to the audience, but not to the accomplices. A kind of behavioral hyperbole, expressed by a silent protest against expression.
Actually a couple of times embodied emotions in the frame still were, laughter, for example ... once ... after a cigarette. And I will not argue whether this was a metaphorical spit in the direction of people just so “normal”, or rather those who are now easier to consider normal, or it is just a banal recipe for how to go beyond everyday idleness. I want to believe that after all, the first – this is how some global directorial idea appears, played, including, with the help of the title.
Just as a smart face is not yet a sign of intelligence, so, apparently, a serious face is not yet a sign of adequacy - perhaps this can be considered the main underlying thesis of the film.
In the dry remnant, we have a very good tape, of those where it is more interesting just to watch the characters, pushing the plot itself to the 2nd plan. By the end of the film, however, I almost saw in it our answer to the Oscar-winning Chamberlain, a kind of “beauty in Russian”, only a little more Kurguse and perhaps a little more original. In this case, I wouldn’t call it a love movie. I do not want to use the same loud epithets about finding yourself - too objective reasons for emotional experiences in the heroes. Perhaps this is just a random sketch, a kind of demo version of someone’s life – a pinch of optimism, accidentally peeked in someone else’s window.
The film from the very beginning drags some ease and at the same time the certainty of the narrative. The actors are pleasant to watch, jokes are pleasant to listen to and laugh at them from the heart, and the picture is so pleasant, looks expensive. I fell in love with the film in the first minutes, and stared greedily in anticipation of further developments.
The main advantage is that the heroes are real. They talk like your friends. There is not this unnaturalness in speech, which is felt in so many paintings. And such communication, familiar and close, immediately disposes to itself.
And also, the characters are very funny. Not ridiculous, but funny and interesting. They feel the inner energy. The film seems to burst from this charge, rushes somewhere, and this is only good - you can borrow energy from the movie, recharge.
I would like to thank the author of the dialogue. They're the most witty.
Maybe there’s something wrong with me, but I’ve got every next scene, every action and character replica that’s been thrilled.
There is nothing to say about the actors - all to the place and everyone played wonderfully.
Every time I watch it again, I get the same fuse from which I want to live, live energetically, without pretending to be myself.
If the film had been called differently, there would have been some questions. But since it has such a name as “Inadequate people”, then it should be taken this way. This is not just a picture of people who live and think differently than most people, it is not just a movie about the love sinful passion of an adult man and a schoolgirl, it is a kind of film about the absurdity of life. Maybe not entirely, but about some moments and people for sure. That’s how I would look at it.
The paradox of the picture already begins with the fact that we see Vitaly, who in search of his “I” leaves the province and takes the course to Moscow. Usually, when people want peace of mind, they do exactly the opposite. They go from the metropolis to a quiet village. This is the first inadequacy. Then we see the girl Christina who has problems with her mother. The mother is shown as a normal person, and the daughter is “cool” and constantly climbs into the “bottle”. It may be the age of transition, or it may be inadequate. What do you think?
It would be foolish to expect that two inappropriate people will not meet. No, alas, intelligent logic is already involved and the two creatures will find each other. Their meeting will not be flammable at first sight, but rather the desire of the girl to feel the lice of this uncle. How meticulous and meticulous will be the character of Ingrid Olerinskaya. Lessons to teach boredom, you can talk to your mother boldly and rudely, but this Vitaly, who is much older than her, is of interest. But note that Christina will not become a good girl, but will take the bull by the horns, presenting Vitaly with not quite censorship questions. Another would have sent this maid long ago, and he didn't. Why not? That's right. Because it is inadequate.
I don’t know what kind of person is inadequate, but he is. This is the boss of Vitaly performed by Julia Takshina. Vitaly works, does not bother anyone, does not annoy anyone, and this lady takes him almost by the breasts and pulls him into bed. Probably now there are such women, but from the point of view of the average person it is not comilfo.
The film is made of funny situations. Take a scene in a store when Vitaly is trying to buy something. The seller did not behave in the best way, but this is not the reason for what our hero did with him. Why not? Because it is inadequate.
I wouldn’t call the end of this story predictable. It's more than real. Everything happens in our life, but it is hardly possible, but everything happens. Why not? Because the world is made up of inadequate people. Are geniuses among artists, musicians, poets normal? I advise you to read Cesare Lombroso’s book “Genius and Madness” and perhaps you will understand the plan of the director.

And "non-indigenous Muscovite" - it turns out, this is a positive trait! By the method of exclusion, it turns out that the “Moscow native” is a more negative and endangered character. With this contradictory thought began my acquaintance with the film “Inadequate people”.
The main character Vitalik (Ilya Lyubimov) fate took and threw in the female collective. The girls are in the office. And a face and a figure. Only they are like sharks of business, and Vitalka is a tourist and a revenue-earner compared to them. However, this seems only at first glance. Then the director and screenwriter Roman Kerimov gives us another Vitalik - in fact, a monster in sheep's clothing, who is not only cruel, but also a murderer and a drunkard and in general the type is quite vile.
Although the guy masquerades as "baddock" and gets the nickname "Dearhead." He is now a leading specialist in a world-renowned magazine. Vitalik, originally from Serpukhov, came to conquer Moscow. I learned everything: how and what to say in an interview correctly, and got a position. He's no stranger to humor. It’s just that he’s so “sluggish” or whatever.
The scene is Greater Moscow. Serpukhov is so close. But from there, the hero runs to the boundaries of the Moscow Ring Road to become another. Authors in the neighbor he put a schoolgirl. Christina (actress Ingrid Olerinskaya) is a product of the current era. We were, though. No, they weren't.
Still, to call an old grandmother 80-years-old something like a marasmatic – maybe, and honestly, and from a medical point of view is quite justified, but from a human point of view.
All Christine "fucked", not literally, in a figurative sense, and she seemed to me already tired of life. Burnt out. I have not seen other works of the actress, but here she causes sympathy and antipathy, which is good for her image. “What do you need, old man?” – to your own mother, this is a kind of pearl. The generation of the 2000s shouts in this film: “We are like that!”
Although looking at the scene of teenage drunkenness, you suddenly realize that he was like that. The same parties when not parents, the same vomit. Maybe the authors just remembered their teenage bottling parties? With modern condiments from Holland? Well, it worked.
"Inadequate people" is like a slice in the tomography of the computer of modern Russian society. The cut came out funny, provocative, I would say unexpected.
Vitalik, for example, still tries to hold on to some moral principles, but he is not good at it. How do you deal with such a boss? The boss of Marina (Yulya Takshin) if throws at men, then it will not work out to fight back. She's irresistible. And Vitalik was no exception, I don't blame him for that. Guy makes a career through bed! Through the bed, he demands a pay rise for his department. Bravo! All our modern life in the picture “Inadequate people” as in the palm of your hand.
Is this a modern movie? Very! Now it is becoming more fashionable to have a personal psychologist to solve life problems. The new psychotherapist Dr. Kozlov (actor Yevgeny Tsyganov) in his light unshavenness and cunning squint through his glasses draws no longer on the psychotherapist, but on the maniac. He then undertakes to “correct” the inadequate perception of the world by Christina.
I liked one of the things about the movie: the verbal ping-pong of the client and the doctor. An aggressive word ball flies from Christina's mouth to half Kozlov's table. That gentle twist reflects the attack. Cristina twists the serve even more, provoking the opponent, trying to flood him with a wave of sarcasm, and the latter puts on a protective cap, and again the ball flies to Christine. What will be her attack? It was the scenes of psychotherapeutic sessions that I liked the most.
And Pavel Kozlov (Eugene Tsyganov) is generally talented in the art of reflection. When he hangs with a kite over Christina's tear and chewed cookies pour out of his mouth, at this moment he is a REAL psychologist. The master of reincarnation and adept of the proverb “treat people as they treat you.”
The eternal question is: who is adequate and who is not? If a man falls in love and kisses a 17-year-old schoolgirl, is he okay? And her? There are people who believe that outside the thick walls of psychiatric clinics, normal people live. And we — the rest of us on this side of the wall — like blind mice tinkering with our stupid and not-so-good things every day, fussing, freaking out — so maybe it’s us — out of the norm?
This question — the question of the norm — is one of the most important in the film “Inadequate people”. Where to find her? Who are the judges? What do I do? The answer is given by the authors through the mouth of Christina: catch every moment of your life when you can get at least a grain of happiness, and all the differences in age, religion, psychology, gender, mental and others are just a curtain that is easy to throw away and enjoy the true life. What I wish you, dear reader, too.
Beating your head against a wall is much more fun when you know that a soul mate is hiding behind it.
One of the few good films of Russian cinema.
I found out about this movie through Closed Screening with Gordon. The film hooked from the very beginning, and after a while I wanted to watch it again.
Every actor got used to his role, and I believed every word, every action. Discovered the beautiful Ingrid Olerinskaya and Ilya Lyubimova.
The opposition of calm, “gray” Vitaly and stormy, sharp Christina. Quality banter and appropriate sarcasm. No snot. Interesting story. Wouldn't you like that?
Nothing is embellished in the film, such situations are often found in everyday life, and there is definitely something in this.
A good example of a quality product for a small budget. I watched the movie 5 times and it was not boring, and even became a favorite. Ready to review again and again. And with each view, discover something new.
"Loves of all ages are submissive."
And obedient in the sense that it can change a person’s life at will. But it is equally important that the person wants it. That’s the kind of thing I used to think about after watching “Inadequate People.”
The idea to watch this movie came to me after reading “Ticket to Vegas”. To be honest, I liked the game of Ingrid Olerinskaya in the last film, so I decided, finding her filmography, to watch “Inadequate”.
It’s good that not all Russian films go nowhere. This film is proof of that. Of course, the plot is somewhat predictable, but nevertheless, it is full of good things. I don't know. I don’t know where to start to praise this film, because I liked a lot.
The actors played well. In any case, I liked the play of Ilya Lyubimov, a serious man trying to change himself, and Ingrid Olerinskaya, who also feels such a desire to some extent. Dialogue is simple, humor is rare, but a smile will appear at the right moment. I will say more – this is justified, since in my understanding “Inadequate People” is more melodrama than comedy. The last time I felt the same way I did when I saw The Bridge to Terabithia a few years ago! What to hide – sitting in pairs yesterday, I was waiting for the moment when I finally came home and watched this movie (I couldn’t see it all at once).
The only thing that somewhat did not like is that some of the characters uttered phrases quite quickly (especially Christina's mother), because of which sometimes they had to wind the film back and listen to what they were saying again.
But it's already nitpicking. I am pleased that I had the opportunity to see this film, to live some part of the life of the heroes with them, for which I am immensely grateful to the actors and the crew.
P.S. Now I will review this creation of Roman Karimov. And in general, I am waiting for new films with Ilya and Ingrid in the lead role!

I’ve heard about this movie for a long time, but somehow I ignored it. When I saw him again, I watched the trailer. I waited a week for the weekend to see it and it happened.
The main storyline is very simple, although it is difficult to tell it in words. In short, this is the story of the confrontation of two ways of perceiving life.
Actors
Ilya Lyubimov as Vitalik - liked it. The character is calm, smooth, but at the same time there is some inner riot in him, from which Vitalik, apparently, is trying to get rid of.
Ingrid Olerinskaya, who played Christina, just amazed! A great character is very bright, extremely natural and sincere.
The ease and ease of events taking place on the screen, soothes and charges a good mood. There are no vulgar jokes, bed scenes and the rest of the set roaming from one cheap comedy to another.
A young but much survivor... They're alive. You have faith and compassion.
The film touched me as much as it has not hurt me in a long time.
“Inadequate People” is a very good, smart and kind movie. It is worth watching at least in order to understand: Do not be afraid to be inadequate in the eyes of “normal” people. You just need to be yourself, because always near, sooner or later, will appear the same as you, Inadequate.
So if we kiss now, it would be wrong?
- Well, for ordinary people, yes, if we were not you, not me, but adequate people, they would certainly not do this.
