Nick graduated from seminary in lower Manhattan, after which he left his native New York and entered Rhode Island at Brown University.
Simultaneously with his studies, the young actor planned to play sports professionally, he devoted most of his time to playing basketball. But, unfortunately, he suffered a serious injury during training, which prevented Nick from fulfilling his long-held dream of becoming a famous basketball player.
After receiving an injury, the actor continued his studies at the university, choosing history as the main subject. Close friends of Nick advised him to enroll in acting classes, which he did. He was immediately offered to play the role of Stanley Kowalski in the play “Stroll Desire” in the theater of dance and oratory. It was then that he realized that theatre was his true calling.
Nick Chinlund worked in many East Coast theaters before moving to Los Angeles. He managed to appear in famous performances “The Extreme Guys”, “The Breath of the Owl”, “Passion” and so on.
Since 1997, the actor began acting in independent projects, among which are the picture “Brother’s Kiss”, “Popcorn Chatney”. But he gained popularity by taking part in the shooting of paintings.

Dramatic talent and extensive experience allow Nick to play roles in films of any genre, he successfully knows how to get used to the image of both a corrupt mercenary and a shy priest.
During his acting career, he starred in many popular TV series: “Pulp Minds”, “Law and Order”, “The Sopranos”. In total, Nick took part in the shooting of about 40 different films.
