In 1984, Isaac went on an exchange at the Japanese Pacific University. In between lectures, he enjoyed the King of Rock and Roll’s favorite music and toured the local film studio. When Chris returned to his hometown, he formed the rock band Silverton. The name was given in honor of the six-string model Sears-Rebak.
In 1985, the band released the album Silvertone. The disc failed, and Isaac’s vocal style was criticized, but Chris only got excited – he rushed into work, as if into a pool, perfecting his manner and creating new compositions.
In 1987, Isaac had his first hit, the famous ballad Blue Hotel. The world fame of the musician brought cinema. It was released in October 1990.

In December 1990, a ballad was performed with a tragic vocal tear to the accompaniment in the style of Stephen Stills, and Chris Isaac himself became a world celebrity.
Currently, Chris continues to write ballads and is not going to change, because the audience loves him that way.
