The profession of actor Bill Paxton was obsessed from a young age. Born on May 17, 1955, in Texas, the cowboys always know what they want to do. The profession of actor Bill Paxton was obsessed from a young age. Born on May 17, 1955, in Texas, the cowboys always know what they want to do. Bill was eighteen when he waved to Los Angeles and lived near Hollywood, earning a living parking lots. Then he infiltrated Roger Corman's film company New World Pictures as a costume designer (we had to start somewhere!), and in the year of his twenties he finally got a cameo role in the film "Crazy Mother."
Let in the frame at that time Paxton stayed for a while, but he had enough of this small victory to believe in himself. Bill rushed to New York to seriously study acting, and he succeeded at a local university, where Paxton's teacher was Stella Adler. In Los Angeles, Bill returned already a certified specialist and rushed to star in episodes already with knowledge of the case. Films, where he played this time, gained worldwide fame: “The Terminator” (1984), “Streets on Fire” (1984), “Aliens” (1986), “Oh this science” (1985). Realizing that the king of the episode will not be a century, Paxton made two short films himself - as a writer, director and producer. I must say that here the guy succeeded: both projects were awarded prizes of filmmakers.
In anticipation of notable roles, Bill wasted no time: he worked on television, recorded his own album as part of the rock band Martini Ranch and even got married: exchanged rings with Louise Newbury. Then, in 1986, Bill played in the film Aliens and his acting career went uphill: he received an invitation to such projects with a high budget as Predator 2, Team SEALs, One Wrong Movement.
On the wave of success, Paxton finally waited for the main roles: as a leading actor he can be seen in “Tornado”, “Tomstone”, “True Lies” and “Apollo 13”. A special role of Bill Paxton took place in the sensation of the nineties.
Titanic James Cameron. Those who used Bill to park cars in the mid-seventies would have known this! I would have gotten his autograph back then. /
