Everything in the life of Olga (Irina Tarannik) seems to be perfect: she has an interesting work of an artist-designer, a successful boyfriend Mark (Daniel Dunayev), who loves her and a very decent apartment for two, for which they pay a loan. Mark had just proposed to Olga, all right, with a diamond ring, champagne and a kiss. She feels happy and looks forward to a successful family life with a young child: a boy or a girl, and maybe even twins.
It's nothing that Mark isn't ready to become a father yet, hoping to provide for his family financially first. Things will change after the wedding, and he'll want kids right away because they both make good money. During their conversation about plans for the future behind a nearby wall, the noisy company loudly beats the rhythm, but Mark’s attempts to reach out to the troublemakers are fruitless. Young people decide to deal with a violent neighbor later.

But Denis is not going to leave the apartment left to him by his grandfather. This is a dwelling "with a view of the Kremlin" and a door that should not be closed (suddenly a good person will come in), for him - his home. Hoping that he will change his mind, Olga begins a slow and peaceful siege of the stubborn, treating him with pies of his own making, promising to make a free design of a new housing and sympathizing with Fyodor, whom his girlfriend Lucia (Svetlana Kolpakova) came to pester.
