The thrush family made a nest on the birch, and soon their chicks hatched. But then the fox appeared and threatened the thrushes, which would shake the tree, drop the nest from there and eat all the birds.
To appease the predator, Drozd promised her that he would feed her honey and pies, and fulfilled his promise: on the high road, this character of the cartoon “Fox and Drozd” pretended to be wounded, and while passing by the grandmother and granddaughter tried to catch him, the fox ate the cakes and honey left by them. Tom traps Jerry in a milk bottle and chases Nibbles a while; he finally corners Nibbles and spanks him with a flyswatter. Jerry is so enraged he burst out of the milk bottle and lets out a ferocious roar; he grabs Tom by the tail and thoroughly pummels him, then stands over him as Tom feeds Nibbles milk. close
