The most popular comedy of the 60s. In a small town lives 10-year-old Felek. He languishes here with boredom, longing and despondency. Felek dreams of moving from here to some big city (preferably the capital). The most interesting thing is that this dream is not so hopeless. Felek’s older brother, Pavel, is a police officer. And if he had proven himself well (for example, he would have solved some major crime), he would have been transferred to a more decent place. The problem, however, is that nothing ever happens in the town.
Felek comes up with the idea to correct the situation, based on the knowledge obtained in detective stories. Absorbing various gossip (mostly from his mother and her friends), he receives extensive information about the various sins of the inhabitants of the town. Then he begins to send them terrible anonymous messages. Felek’s plan is that everyone who receives such a letter will run to confess to the police. And this will give Paul the opportunity to spin a complex and complicated case. Alas, as is often the case, the clever plan did not fit into reality.
