Wes Anderson’s second feature film, Rushmore Academy, was shot in 1998. Very ambitious, gushing with various ideas of an organizational nature, aspiring playwright, etc. Max Fisher is a 15-year-old teenager, but a famous person at Rushmore Academy, whom he loves very much. Unfortunately, for all these advantages, he does not study well and is always teetering on the verge of expulsion from school. The story unfolds very typical for the director with incredible twists due to the inexhaustible fantasy of a teenager obsessed with his waking sexuality and falling in love with a young teacher, imagining God knows what, but she falls in love with the father of his classmates, with whom he also managed to make friends. This is where the main problems begin, but everything ends well, still comedy, although dramatic. I love the movie, I love Wes Anderson.
