Love disease A successful career of a person who can sell almost everything is developing better and better, as is a life full of entertainment and various love adventures. Jake Gyllenhaal successfully fits into the role of such a PR manager for a pharmaceutical company, making all the key character of the image with his charm and charisma. But having met Maggie - the spectacular Anne Hathaway, big changes begin in the life of the main character. A rather original acquaintance turns into an easy affair, after which into a friendship full of sex without obligations, and eventually, of course, into love.
Living this story with the characters, more than once you are faced with the choice of how you would act (a) in a particular situation, and the focus of the action plot regularly shifts from Anne to Jake, then Jake to Anne, helping to feel the essence and inner world of each of the main characters. The secondary characters of the picture, in principle, also came out interesting and organically complementing the plot, but still Hathaway and Gyllenhaal are revealed here very brightly, sensually and expressively.
Not a few funny situations accompanying the main action, a lot of romance and just a sea of erotic scenes that do not leave indifferent not only the male audience, but also fans of Jake - the film is abundantly filled with various and interesting things, then playing with feelings, then entertaining really to the full program. Visually, the film is beautiful, without applications for any innovations of the video series or magnificent camera tricks, it is simply beautiful and frank, both in terms of the picture and in terms of the strong emotionality of what is happening.
The medical theme, passing no less clear and important plot part through this romantic story, is not for nothing brought even in the title of the film. In fact, the plot can be reduced to a kind of “biopics of Viagra”, since it is her invention in the years in which screen events unfold that affects the life and career of the main character of the film. But as you go further, the more diseases and problems the scenario covers, and the way you look at it can be much deeper and more serious. In the end, going to the issue of love, relationships, constant emotional support inside the couple in love. The disease of love or still love as a cure for diseases? Whether love is insanity, fever and straying from the path of sanity force, a disease that captures the mind and heart, or to perceive this bouquet of feelings and emotions is certainly as a panacea for all life's troubles, problems and difficulties - this film will be able to respond in many ways and at the same time make you think, whether it is the audience's desire.
Here everything turned out very sincerely, with a complete immersion in the skin of the characters and thoughts about their own choice, while also switching regularly to the position of the observer, since the dramatic story came out still good and beautiful. A pleasant ending, consolidating good impressions and remaining in the soul a touching melodramatic story.
It turned out a magnificent melodrama with a strong element of comedy in the first half, going into a very serious and harsh drama to the finale. Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway are a colorful pair of very interesting characters, not the most standard for such a genre movie, but perfectly suited to their roles, serve to build a love relationship and assimilate the priorities of values.
