Adrenaline The action movie about the incessant battles of huge alien robots is working closely this time with an extremely beautiful love story. The departure of the empty Megan Fox and the replacement of the leading female party with a new heroine, stunningly embodied on the screen by the beautiful Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, allowed to reveal the sentimentality of the personal plot to Sam Whitwicky in new saturated colors, adding a huge share of emotions, feelings and expressive sincerity. Chemistry between the two main characters energetic bursts of rapid expression throughout their joint scenes explodes with a whole range of moods, but alone the characters in this film were very colorful.
Sam became extremely brave, a little arrogant and finally knowing his worth, matured and accumulated self-confidence. Well, Rosie literally in each frame comes out so juicy and sexy that almost any of her scenes deserve to be a separate poster or page of a fashion magazine. The delightful beauty and gentle charm present the heroine with the most important diamond of the picture, taking even the action of the fighting metal giants to the background of the developing love story.
The film involves a global advertising campaign, which includes expensive cars, and a delightful model and at the same time even the US Army, whose jingo-patriotic scenes motivate to enlist in the troops, protecting the planet from all possible threats. At the same time, all the active PR looks not annoying product placement, but causes a storm of delight with its colorful picture and visual presentation of material, Bay ingeniously inserts impressive and spectacular elements into the story, famously surpassing everything that was in technology up to this point.
I must also say that all fears for a solo script from Eren Kruger were dispelled to dust, without Orsi and Kurtzman, Transformers not only played with new colors and exciting scenes, but also present this time an incredible bouquet of surprises as the storylines develop! If the first film was completely linear, and the second could surprise only by the transition of Jetfire to the side of the Autobots and the “pretendant” Isabelle Lucas, the third part covers much more unpredictable twists and turns associated with the characters of the picture or with the rotten and spectacular action that unfolded around them! Perhaps it is worth calling a triquel - the most interesting film about transformers.
Former supporting characters this time thanks to the amazing script and the all-encompassing timekeeping of the tape were awarded abundant screen time for each of them. John Torturro continues to patriotically anneal the full program, his opponent pops up the bright heroine Frances McDormand, Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson abundantly participate in the unfolding confrontation, and of the new heroes will be remembered Ken Jeong as Jerry, the Dutchman performed by Alan Tudick and, of course, the characters of Patrick Dempsey and John Malkovich. Extremely successful casting brilliantly plays its heroes at the maximum possible, surprising and impressing the full program!
The adrenaline pouring from the screen now covers both continental scales, throwing action from the United States, for example, to Chernobyl, and time frames, dictating an alternative history of the space race between the United States and the Soviets for the right to be first on the moon, and at the same time will affect the interplanetary scale, paying attention even to Cybertron! However, the previous series pleased with a beautiful selection of landscapes and places of the unfolding battles, so that the triquel in this regard is not inferior to the first and second parts.
Everything runs, everything develops, and the universe of the heroes already loved has also been affected by various changes. The megatron in wanderings hatches sinister plans, Optimus Prime, like Sam, has become much more brutal and ambitious, added to the audacity and even became, as we were promised, even more pathetic and powerful, in a sense even uncompromising in a situation of war played out. Bumblebee is also quite mature, and the Autobot squad still presents a well-coordinated and excellent team game. Well, the film itself has become many times more cruel and severe, abundantly passing through the destruction of cities, arranging brutal clashes between robots, regularly ending with the separation of limbs, torn heads and other rampant level of violence in the frame. Sentinel Prime, Shockwave, Silverbolt, finally actively participating in the action Soundweave, and many others – colorful robots sometimes are not inferior to human characters!
At the same time, a wonderful sense of humor does not change the situation, always finding a good moment so as not to aggravate the action with a harsh atmosphere of combat, but to dilute the situation with a good comedy technique. It works literally every time you try to do that. Comic situations add entertainment to the movie attraction, and phrases about the ex-girlfriend of Sam and do cheer to applause.
It is very interesting to see how the brightest and most brilliant film director Michael Bay, whose paintings have always been flawless and perfect, suddenly finds what his films have always been so lacking - a toy called 3D! The three-dimensional design played an almost decisive role for the film, harmonizing with the accents on different plans, then throwing out a ton of play with the hall, then carrying the breathtaking flights of the camera deep into the frame.
Aggressive action Bay, intertwined with the brilliant camera work of Amir Mokri, and not without the abundant merits of all the creators of special effects, gives out such a powerful and cool video sequence, under the solemn and forever remaining in the heart of the music of the talented Steve Jablonsky, that Transformers 3 draws to review immediately as the final credits appear on the screen. You want to experience this pleasure from watching more and more, like a trip on the most amazing attraction. A great story and well-chosen actors who correctly played it leave a strong and pleasant mark in the soul, and a real delight after watching.
Special effects are expected to be perfect, and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. All the abundance of graphics looks so believable, immersing in any of the action scenes with his head, and each cog and iron are seen as natural details of real metal structures of living alien robots, fire and gunfights are kept in a fair amount of tension, beating and flying glass forced to dodge, well, and the scene of destruction by the Drevler worm skyscraper can safely be included in the list of the most stunning visual scenes in the entire history of cinema. Great show and a sea of great impressions!
The perfect combination of entertainment and pathos, heroic replicas and the same actions, revealing the theme of betrayal and sincere strong love. Absolutely devoid of any drawbacks and shortcomings, Transformers 3 is a grandiose spectacle of repeated use, exciting and impressive in full program. A perfect movie, giving a great mood, a real masterpiece of a brilliant master of explosions, action and beautiful entertainment, and, in the end, just delivering continuous pleasure of cinema!
