Fred Williamson is an Italian and American director, actor, producer and screenwriter.
Fred is from Indiana. In 1960 he completed his studies at Northwestern University in architectural and interior art. Then began his professional sports career. In 1961, he joined the Oakland Raiders before moving to the Kansas City Chiefs. In 1967, he decided to end his football career.
Fred worked as an archaeologist for some time. One of his debut roles on television was in an episode of The Cloud Minders

During this period, the actor had a huge interest in working as a producer and director. He was able to explore the technical side of the matter, and in 1974 Fred started his own film company, Po’ Boy Productions. Since then, the organization has produced more than forty films in which Williamson participated as an actor and director. For example, he took part in the creation of the film “South Beach”.
