Olgerd Lukashevich was born on September 7, 1946 in Chojove (Poland). The twin brother of the cameraman and director Jerzy Lukashevich. Olgerd Lukashevich was born on September 7, 1946 in Chojove (Poland). The twin brother of the cameraman and director Jerzy Lukashevich. In 1968, he graduated from a theater studio in Krakow and began his acting career on the Krakow stage. Since 1970, Lukashevich has played in various theaters in Warsaw, since 2003 he has performed in the Polish Theatre. In recent years, he has successfully played in stage productions in Germany. In the movie, the actor first starred in 1967 - as a student he played a cameo role in the film "Jovita". The first serious role went to him in 1969 - in the film "Salt of the Black Earth" he played a young miner. In the 1970s, Lukashevich continued to create images of romantically minded young people “not of this world”, among his notable works – roles in the films “Bereznyak” (1970) by A. Vajda, “The Story of Sin” (1975) by V. Borovchik, “Lesson of a Dead Language” (1979) by Y. Maevsky. In the 1980s, the creative range of the actor expanded, he began to act in films of various genres, not only in dramatic films, but also in historical and costume tapes, melodramas and comedies. The domestic audience Olgerd Lukashevich became widely known due to the role of Albert in the popular comedy-fiction film by Juliusz Makhulsky “New Amazons” (“Sexmission”), released in 1984.
