Griffins. In 1998, Fred Saber, who invited the writer to collaborate with Hanna-Barbera, invited him to write and produce the series Zoomates.
McFarlane voiced many of the main characters in the television series Griffins, which told about the existence of the family Griffins. In this project, Seth voiced the head of the family Peter and rational and eloquent dog-alcoholic Brian. In addition, he had the opportunity to voice Stewie, a child with comic intelligence who suffers from megalomania, as well as sexual maniac Glen Quagmire and local news anchor Tom Tucker.
Of course, there were other, less significant works with the participation of Seth in a TV series. In reality, McFarlane’s voice almost matches Brian’s vocals.
Seth's next work was American Daddy, shown after the thirty-ninth Super Bowl in American football as a pilot issue. In the spring of 2005, the project began to be constantly aired on FOX. The storyline of the series developed around the Smith family. The father of the family Stan is a fanatical fighter against terrorists from the CIA.
In 2006, American Daddy was renewed for two more seasons. In this series, McFarlane voiced Roger and Stan. Seth's sister voiced Stan's daughter Hailey in this project.
In 2012, McFarlane shot the tape.
