He studied in art and music schools. His father worked in the communications department in Syzran and in 1980, after the appointment of Deputy Minister of Communications of the USSR, together with his family moved to Moscow. After serving in the army, in the Airborne Forces, Ivan Demidov in 1984 came to work as an illuminator at the Ostankino television technical center. In 1987 he began to work as an administrator in the Main Editorial Board of programs for youth of the Center, then became an assistant director in the program "Vision". In 1990, he was the director of the VID studio, after the director, and then the host of the program Muzoboz, thanks to which he became widely known - to a large extent, and "image" dark glasses. Later, Demidov acted as a producer of various television programs.
