Alexander Domogarov and Sergey Sosnovsky (“Yuriev Day”) in a crime series with a historical post-revolutionary flavor. In 1919, the Great October Socialist Revolution thundered, followed by between power and endemic poverty, which inevitably led to the triumph of the criminal world. The Moscow Criminal Investigation Service ceased to cope with the influx of cases, many of which remained unsolved. It was decided to expand and strengthen the composition of investigators, and for this purpose, experts from the tsarist detective were invited to work in the MUR. Thanks to this reform, two completely different and opposite people appeared side by side in the ranks of the MUR: detective police investigator Nikolai Varaxin and sailor Peter Sokolov. Representatives of different social strata and different worlds cannot find a common language, but despite the class struggle, they have to meet each other, because only through joint efforts Varaxin and Sokolov can confront criminal elements.
