Along the way, the hero meets a young tractor driver. The girl reports that the Germans dropped an airborne landing and drove the entire population to build a landing pad. She's going to bring the gas herself.

The expedition was also sent to find traces of the orgins of the "Aryan" race in Tibet which was where Himmler thought evidence of could be found.
