She feels happy and looks forward to a successful family life with a young child: a boy or a girl, and maybe even twins.
It's nothing that Mark isn't ready to become a father yet, hoping to provide for his family financially first. Things will change after the wedding, and he'll want kids right away because they both make good money. During their conversation about plans for the future behind a nearby wall, the noisy company loudly beats the rhythm, but Mark’s attempts to reach out to the troublemakers are fruitless.
