Vladimir Alenikov was born on August 7, 1948 in Leningrad. Allenikov invested his money in films that did not depend on the monopoly of the state. Thanks to this, the light saw his first paintings Laughter Room, Garden and Komitas.
Along with this, few people know that for several years the director worked as a school teacher, teaching Russian language and literature, as well as leading a seminar “Poetry and Translation”. In parallel, he studied in the studio under the guidance of S. Aleshin and A. Arbuzov, wrote poems, plays and stories for children.
He began his career as a comedian when he made a picture.
