After graduating from a seven-year plan, Oleg began to work at the Mosfilm film studio. He managed to master several professions, including an assistant sound operator and a radio editor. After that, Oleg Shklovsky began working at the dairy equipment factory as a loader driver.
Having finally received secondary education, Oleg Mendeleevich entered the Moscow Art Theater School for the course of A.M. Karev. In 1970, the talented actor was invited to the troupe of “Contemporary”, where he worked for 20 years.
Shklovsky was invited to the cinema. His debut for him was a minor role in the film “To me, Mukhtar!”, and the first iconic image was the role of Henry in the television play “The Dog of the Baskervilles” (1971). Shklovsky performed the role of Jackie Chesney in the comedy Hello, I am Your Aunt!, and his other works were beautiful.
In parallel, Oleg Shklovsky began to compose his scripts, prose and dramatic works. Gradually, he realized that he had chosen the wrong profession, and left the theater. Shklovsky was a reader, restorer, taught martial arts, actively engaged in the restoration of the Orthodox church. Being a Jew, Oleg Shklovsky, at the behest of his heart, accepted Orthodoxy.
Only in the late 1990s did Shklovsky want to return to the stage. He played a supporting role in the

One of his most important works is the role of Rabbi Abraham Gold in the TV series Under the Sky of Verona.
Shklovsky began to lead the program “How was it?” on ORT, and in 2005 he starred in the popular TV series “Don’t be born beautiful”, where he had the opportunity to play with his son Mikhail.
