In 1990, Imperioli was interested in film director Martin Scorsese, and he offered him the role of Spider in his Oscar-winning crime film Good Fellas. In 1991, the actor got another famous director, Spike Lee, in his film Jungle Fever. Later they worked together in such films as “Interracial Romance”, “Pushers”, “Girl No. 6”.
