The birthplace of the future actor is a small American town of Spokane, located in Washington state. Craig received secondary education at a local school, and he studied the basics of theatrical art at the University of Arizona, called the Oxford Theatre. Nelson made the first uncertain steps in show business, becoming the author and performer of comedy-style songs on the radio.
