Christopher Potter was born in Ontario on August 23, 1960. He was the oldest son in the family of famous football coach Ron Potter. The boy grew up very athletic - he was fond of hockey, football, baseball. His second passion was theater. Chris participated in amateur performances, and the audience received his performance with enthusiasm.
At first he wanted to become a professional athlete. But his father strongly opposed this, and Potter tried his hand at rock music. However, he soon realized that he could not live without theater, and returned to the stage. However, before fully surrendering to his acting career, he worked as an oilman, a car seller, and an insurance agent.
Chris' film career began with numerous commercials. Then there were works in the films “Material World” and “Kung Fu: The Legend Continues”. Then, in 1993, a contract with Warner Bros followed, roles in the series followed one another.
He starred in The Touch of an Angel.
