David Michael Frank is an American composer, arranger, conductor, four-time Emmy nominee. Born on December 21, 1948 in Baltimore, he studied piano and composition at the prestigious Peabody Conservatory, and Northwestern University in Chicago, after which he moved to New York, where he became the youngest conductor on Broadway.
