As a child, he studied in music school to play the oboe. Then he mastered the seven-string guitar. It helped him become an actor.
He is known as one of the best performers of the author's song. Galich, for example, believed that his poem “Leave?” “Leave!” couldn’t have been a song. And only after Mezhevich began to sing "Leave?..", Alexander Arkadyevich decided to perform his version of the melody. The same thing happened with Song of Russia.
Bulat Okudzhava dedicated to Mezhevich “The Song of the Flutist” (It rains and summer melts?). D. Mezhevich is the first performer of Klyachkin’s songs.
My favorite poet is Mikhail Kuzmin. Mezhevich wrote about 60 songs on his poems.
As a child, Dmitry Evgenievich dreamed of a bicycle. His dream came true only in adulthood. And now he rides it wherever he gets.
In his youth, Mezhevich came to the mountains to make climbs and exploits, but more often he stayed at the base, where he sang songs by the fire to everyone, so much so that everyone and he himself forgot why they came there.
In the play "The Chronicles" says lines upside down and jumps like a young man, but dreams of retirement, considering it an ideal form of life.
