Jim Brolin James Brolin was born on July 18, 1940 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating, James Brolin immediately began acting, making his debut in the television series Bus Stop. He appeared in several other shows, and for participation in the series “Medical Doctor Marcus Welby” received an Emmy. In the big movie, the actor began acting in 1963, playing both the main roles and supporting roles. One of his most famous roles is Clark Gable in Gable and Lombard.
