Vaikule Laima Stanislavovna (born March 30, 1954, Riga) is a pop singer, actress.
Graduated from the State Institute of Theatre Arts (acting and directing faculty). The concert debut with the song by R. Pauls took place in 1986.

Since 1986, she has performed solo programs: “I pray for you”, “I went to Piccadilly”. Toured in Germany, Australia, Canada, Japan, USA. I recorded the album Laima. Tango with the American record company GRP (worked under contract in 1989-91).
Since 1986, she has participated in concert television programs: Morning Mail (Russia), Song of the Year (Russia), 60 Minutes (USA), Current Events (USA), New Year's Show (Japan).
In 1992, the singer starred in the main role in the feature film “In Russian Style” (Odessa Film Studio).
Among the permanent songwriters performed by Vaikule are composers R. Pauls, I. Krutoi and poets I. Reznik, V. Pelenyagra, Vladlen Dozartsev.
Vaikule works in the style of European show variety, acting not only as a singer, but also as a choreographer, dancer, actress. The show Vaikule participates dance group, dancers from England, musicians from Germany.
